Too bulky

I was excited to receive a pair of these grey ones that I purchased during their Boxing Day. However, they are way too big. My thumbs don't even peek out of the thumb holes which makes it impossible to text or use my phone. This completely defeats the purchase of having fingerless gloves. Please make them with sizing. I tried giving them to a friend with bigger hands and even for her, her thumbs barely made it out. Soft and warm but useless to me now :(

Bought this as a stocking, stuffer for my daughter, and after one wear one of them started fraying!

They appeared to stretch out very easily and ugg label was poorly attached only on the front of one glove. The other glove had no indication of being made by ugg no tag no nothing inside or out
