The color is so rich and vibrant. These shoes are so pretty!

I’ve been using birks for about 15 years now and they are hands down the best sandals ever. Super comfortable and now that they have expanded to different colors and materials I am in love even more! I don’t typically like the Arizona style but once they released them with the big buckle, I was hooked! These are my fourth pair of Arizona’s and I just love them! The blue velvet is so soft and makes the sandals a little classier! Absolutely love them and would highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, I feel that Zappos has misrepresented these Birkenstocks as having leather uppers. The description clearly states they are leather uppers, but they are not. The uppers are actually Birko-Flor which is synthetic. The sandals are comfortable however, and I sure hope they last as well as leather. Recommendation to Zappos: update the description to accurately state that they are Birko-Flor uppers.

The uppers are birko flor , so not leather. Zappos really needs to change description. It is false marketing. It is a nice color and great for summer. I have never owned birko flor uppers , so not sure about comfort level yet.

The fit and size were fine as always. However, I was expecting a leather upper and the upper was a non-leather material. I have worn B's for years and wear them into the ground. But, for comfort and longevity sake the all-leather versions are the way to go.

Loved the color, look and finish of these taupe Birkenstocks. However, I sadly need to return them, as they are just not a good fit on me. Felt larger than their size, and I've owned Birkenstocks, so ordered the same size that's fit me before. These sandals were marked as narrow, but still too wide for me.

Fit was half to almost whole size smaller than needed :(

These are narrow. While the description says "Regular width," they are not. They are the narrow width. Otherwise, they are beautiful!

Velvet? Really? Please specify that the upper is velvet in the heading. I expected blue leather NOT blue velvet.

Reiterating what a few others have said, these are narrow, it definitely notes this on the box. Having a wider than average foot, these are very uncomfortable for me. I usually gravitate towards Birks because of the width.

Fit and size were fine, but the online description said leather upper. These sandals do not have a leather upper. I checked descriptions on other websites, including Birkenstock, and every one said man made upper. Disappointing!

I paid regular brand new price for what is clearly a used shoe. There is grass or dirt or something embedded into the bottom and scuffs. No mention at all I was buying a used shoe.

These shoes arrived quickly but wrapped in an obviously reused shipping envelope that was covered in purple marker. The shoes were not in an original Birkenstock box, were unbuckled and were just tossed in a plain cardboard box. I’m not sure they are authentic and am not comfortable paying full price for something so carelessly packaged. I thought Zappos was an official Birkenstock dealer but now I’m not so sure.

This is a narrow width Birkenstock, not regular width as described!
