Sadly very uncomfortable. There is something wrong with the way the ankle strap works, since the back is against your heel, it does not flex when you walk.

box arrived kinda of beat up shoes looked worn on inside, they seem really narrow so I returned them. I do love zappos and when anyone coments on my shoes I tell them Zappos!!! and how wonderful you are

Sandals are gorgeous but ridiculously narrow, both width wise as well as height wise. Painful to wear. Buy only if your feet are two dimensional rather than three.

I have purchased these shoes in 2 other colors and love them. HOWEVER, I returned this pair because when I received them, they had obviously been worn! Scuffed bottoms that they tried to clean, and worn parts of the suede that cannot be refurbished. I can’t believe Zappos would have accepted a pair back from the customer in this condition, but worse, that they would have tried to resell them!

Delivering shoes that have been worn and scuffed...unacceptable. Returning immediately.

The dress shoes came in a box that was not the intended shoe box. They were obviously worn, as they showed signs of scuffing on the bottom and one strap was buckled incorrectly. Extremely disappointed to receive used shoes, these were intended for an upcoming trip I had, and now I have to look elsewhere.

Front strap was stiff as a board. I didn’t even buckle the ankle strap or take the other sandal outta the box. I can’t imagine these not digging in even on the most slender of feet. The gold was on the garish side for my taste. Positively not a neutral shade.
