I love the bag - it is roomy with a lot of pockets which is what I was looking for. The only drawback to this bag is the thin straps. It not only makes the bag look "off" but I feel I can't carry as much as I would like to feeling like the straps might not hold up.

You used to add a nice piping cord around the top of zippered area and along the sides of the handles and across the pocket. It added stability and a very tailored look. You also used a faux leather pull tag on the zipper at the front pocket. Now you have no piping, and the pull o the zipper is a flimsy satin that will not live thru a wash. Your fabric and or quilting is not the same quality - lighter weight. I am very sorry I will not be buying these as gifts as I typically do.

Got it at a special price. Certainly would not have paid more than I did.

I fell in love with this and thought it was perfect for my Diva great niece but was disappointed it is not patent leather. It looks like patent leather in the photo.

I have two others of these cases that are very sturdy. This one is cute but flimsy. Not durable or well made.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. She loves VB bags. I think she was surprised at how big it was to the point were she said she might use it as an overnight bag.

I love the bag but I paid extra for monogram embroidery but it was not done.

I bought this bag mostly because of the color. It looked like it was gray and black. It's definately dark blue and light blue. Color listed as perennials gray. The bag itself is well made and just what I was looking for. But was definately disappointed in the color.

I preferred the style with the zipper inside the purse instead of the pockets. Also, I liked the pocket on the outside edges of the purse. Why did you have to change these features?

I do like the Small Vera Totes but this is my first recycled cotton bag. It tends to crease halfway down if you don't have completely full. I would prefer the quilted bag because they stand up better. The color is very nice.

I recently purchased a Disney Vera tote, my third such tote and while there are so many things to love about the redesign, specifically the top zipper, I can't help but be disappointed in the interior lining. The lining no longer appears to be quilted with the main body of the bag and the pockets have zero structure. I am so incredibly bummed because I dislike using my bag because I am always fighting the interior lining and the collapsing interior pockets. I have read many reviews that have mentioned the same complaint. I know there are preponderance of positive reviews and I can't help but think that some of those people didn't have the experience of an earlier version of the Vera tote to really know what an amazing bag interior it was. I am sorry to say that I will not buying this product any more which is a bummer because I truly loved it.

I've been a huge Vera Bradley customer for years! I recently bought a large tote and I unfortunate have to say I'm somewhat disappointed. The inside is a liner insert, not part of the bag like my other originals. The lining seems cheap, generic. The overall bag is extremely tough too, I know this will lessen with wear but it feels extra stiff. The design is gorgeous and I did the monogram which is perfect, just disappointed in the overall quality, seems a little cheaper than bags in the past.

If you have a Pet that Sheds, this is NOT the type of Material for you. It Attracts Pet Hair SO Bad. I Literally have to use a Roller on it EVERY time before I Leave out the door.

I love the look and quality of the bag, but unfortunately I'll be returning it because it's too small. I need a small bag that can still hold a water bottle and a device like an iPad or small laptop. This bag can hold neither.

The size and amount of space inside is perfect. However, the recycled cotton attracts all sorts of lint, fuzz, dust bunnies, etc. It attracts all sorts of debris and looks messy and dirty. I chose this option due to its price, but in my opinion it doesn't have that sharp quality that is Vera Bradleys style.

Bag is fine. However front pocket is crocked stitching is nit straight.

Everything it touches covers it with lint and fuzzies! Otherwise it would be a great bag!

I love my purse but I wasn't prepared for the size of it. It is quite large and very roomy. It fits all my stuff and then some!

For the price I wish the bag would have been larger.

Didn't realize it had the window on the front. Have to figure out if the subway fare card 1) fits, 2), can be swiped 3) will be secure. Love the print.

Not happy with my purchase. I thought I was purchasing a medium size purse. Turned out I got a gigantic tote bag.

It was a little smaller than I thought it would be. I love the colors and it's a not a bad size bit it could be just a little bit bigger. I know it has all these little pockets which is better than most back pack purses. It can still be a little challenging getting my wallet sunglass case and the small bag I have that holds all the small stuff to fit in it. My biggest complaint is the straps. There isn't much length to them and I have to have them all the way to the end. It's very difficult to get over the top of a coat.
