The first one I bought was broken but I didn't realize it was broken until after I got home so I went back the next day and exchanged it for a new one. The new one has been great!

I do feel that Vera Bradley Quality has declined in recent years. I have a similar bag that I bough 10+ years ago that is still going strong, even after multiple machine washes. I can just feel that this is not as sturdy a cotton fabric, and I don't like the lining. I'm glad that it's a pattern, but wish it was the soft cotton lining of old days. I am using this as a work bag for my hospice job so need it to be washable, because health care settings are germy. We'll see how it holds up. May have to update my review after the first wash. I do love this pattern, tho, it's prettier in person than on the website and a nice neutral that coordinates with navy scrubs, but doesn't compete too loudly when I wear patterned scrubs.

I was hoping the bottom would have been firmer. It seem filmsy. Thank you.

Great for everyday use. This style has a lot of pockets to keep things organized. I love the nearly hidden pocket beneath the strap. It's great for keys!

Very cute and very lightweight. I attached this to my car keys and it doesn't put too much pressure on my keys when hanging out of the ignition. I do wish it had more compartments to separate my cards, other liscenses, and cash, but there is plenty of room and I have no problem fitting everything

Just love my bag and use it daily

Only issue I have is the inside material...wish it was quilted like the outside

I will use it for a small tote/ purse. It's great with all the compartments. Would like a small key snap inside so I can find my keys. Could be a plastic catch on a loop or something like that. And put a little stiffening in the hidden pocket so that the cell doesn't pull it down. Thanks!

Love the bag. Beautiful color and lots of pockets. Great quality as always with Vera. Only reason for four stars is it was supposed to have a battery charger pocket and mine did not. Also width said 11 1/2 and mine measures a good 15 inches in width. Other measurements are accurate. Almost wonder if this bag was tagged wrong and I got incorrect bag.

The only thing missing was the grommet for charging my phone, like the picture showed. That was one of the reason i bought the bag.

Love it! It would be perfect if it has no plastic outside pocket and no key ring.

I already own a villager and decided to try this style instead this time. What I didn't realize is that this bag has a lining and is not the quilted interior I am used to. This lining is bulky and annoying. I'm really wishing I would have bought another villager instead. He only plus this has over the villager is the hidden cell phone pocket but that wouldn't sway me to buy this bag again. I'd exchange it but I bought this when VB has a great sale going. I'd end up paying more for the villager (a cheaper bag) than I paid for this bag on sale. Bottom line, get the villager if you're debating between the two!

Great w/lanyard

I love this! It has all the compartments plus is not too heavy. When I go to the Dr. I usually have several papers when I leave. Now I have room to just drop them in my new tote.

I like the Villager bag, but this one I noticed no longer has the VB ribbon pulls. And it came flat in a plastic bag. They used to take such pride in the presentation. Now it appears they are looking for ways to save money. Has the VB bags past their popularity?

The Zip Id case is nicely made. This only reason I did not give it a 5 was the print placement. The colors are not as pictured. I should have chosen a brighter print. It's boring but will serve it's purpose.

Purchased to replace my worn out older pattern. The pattern was similar to my old one so I replaced it finally.

I love this bag, and was super excited about the extra pocket I found at the top of bag for they keys so you don't have to dig for them!

There were a lot of loose strings hanging from bag, for how much i paid for this bag. Not stitched right!

I use this purse for everyday. The flat handles are better than the round ones on other handbags. The round handles broke too quickly. The handles do seem to slide off my shoulder, perhaps because of my physical petite size.
