Backpack is beautiful but shipping and presentation is awful....

This is a beautiful bag but wish it was a little smaller but had the same pockets inside and out the small tote said it 11 inches but it's bigger than that

I love this. I am a nurse and have used a bag like this in a different pattern for the past 4 years but it is getting old. The only thing this bag doesn't have is an outside zipper on the backside. I love this pattern and the bag has enough pockets for all my supplies.

Small enough to slip in a pocket or purse. Room for cards and cash!

Like the colors and fabric. Like the outside pockets/ Wish it had fewer inside pockets or for inside pockets to hug the sides the bag instead of gaping open. When I put items into the bag, they get caught on the open side pockets.

Like my bag. Wish it had 1 more outside pocket on other side.

Is a little bigger than expected but will work for my needs. Thank you for making a Christmas print. Can not wait to switch to it at the end of the month

I like the appearance and the size. However, I do not like that there is not a division inside with a larger zippered compartment to keep items separated and easier to locate, rather than having one large open interior.

This is a nice bag. I prefer the smaller tote and the old fabrics. The lining not being sewn in with the outer fabric means the weight inside pulls the top of the bag inwards. But it is nice and roomy. I love the colors.

I love the fabric on this tote, but the size was a little large. I have returned it for the smaller version. I look forward to using that, in the rainy winter weather.

I love this bag. My only problem is the dangling straps. The bag is well made, but wouldn't the be s snap or something to keep the straps from hanging.

Perfect size, weight, nice design. Only complaint, bottle holder almost too small for small water bottle and items fall out of the many pockets. Overall very satisfied.

The backpack is nice but the description said it had one zip, one slip ands two side slips on the exterior. I expected a slip pocket on the back but there isn't one. I wish VB would show pictures of the backs of their items, especially when there is a feature there. I get so frustrated not being able to see all sides of an item. 360 views are rarely available.

The bag is very nice, but was much larger than the small tote I had several years ago and thought I was replacing.

The bag is beautiful! The inside pockets are a problem because you get caught on them when you try to put something into the bag. I wish the pockets had Velcro on them so they'd stay secure. But otherwise there are a lot of pockets which is great and it's a quality bag!

It was larger (taller) than I expected, even knowing what the dimensions are. It'll do for short trips to the store.

Love the Pockets and the fabric, the reasons I purchase a Vera Bradly bag. However, the plaid in my bag does not match and gives the appearance of a cheaper bag. I know I have an eye for order and appreciate quality. I can't afford many quality items but have allowed myself to indulge when I buy a Vera Bradley item. Over more than a decade I have always gotten pleasure when looking at my bag. It's not about what other's think of my bag and if it matches anything I'm wearing but the unmatcher plaid of my new handbag is bothering me. I hate admitting this but it does.

Cute but a bit too small for my liking.
