I use this to carry things to and from work and will be using it for traveling as well.

Teachers can attach to lanyard with ID and band-aids for boo boos at recess. Lays nicely and isn't obstructive.

I loved the pattern, but there were not a lot of choices of bags, so I ended up with two bags that were bigger than I wanted for a purse. Luckily, I could return one bag.

If you can use the word, comfortable with a purse, that is the description I would use. It feels good by your side, the straps are at PERFECT length and is a pleasure to carry. There are plenty of inside pockets to stay organized with an outside pocket for your phone. The purse itself is beautiful and extremely well made.
