My go to bag

great for something light and quick on the go

I love my backpack, the wallet was too small for me. I ordered a larger one with two ID windows as a gift before Christmas. My friend loved it and I wanted to get the same one, but all I can find is a wallet with a turnkey and I don't want that type.

I love this bag and the pattern.

I use this on the back of my wheelchair as a purse and it's just the right size. I can easily reach into it for my wallet while sitting in my chair, it isn't too bulky and yet there is plenty of room for what I need to carry.

Just the right size and I get lots of compliments

Love it! My only suggestion is the the side pockets are too small gor anything! Maybe you could put sunglasses in there, or a granold bar or something but they are a funny size. Otherwise I abdolutely love it.

Yes it fits!!! I was worried this was going to be a return. The huge sigh of relief I had when I got my Ipad Pro and its magic keyboard inside. Lol! It's a tight fit, but the bag I received allowed me to have my device standing upright against the back of the bag. This question plagued me since I first laid eyes on this bag. Thank you to the first brave person who wrote the first review which specified the Ipad Pro, even though they had to angle theirs. You gave me the courage to purchase the bag. I also got the matching organizer. I put my over the ear headphones with usb-c plug for language learning on the go when I dont want to use ear buds, as well as chargers. I had purchased the small Vera Tote in this pattern, but I really wanted a backpack. Now I can chose based off my mood. :) There are plenty of pockets for all your things. If you are pondering a double wall stainless steel water bottle and your Ipad Pro, I found my 20oz Popflex water bottle fit fine. (This bottle was for display only to show what can fit in this bag. I am going to use a bottle with a screw top lid if I decide to carry both together.). Im glad I took the chance. If you also make the leap and the bag doesnt offer that slight give as mine did, VB has an excellent return policy. I have fallen in love with many French Hen bags. I have only returned one, and the process was as seamless as purchasing. :) This collection makes me smile every single day.

Love it. Suitable for traveling

I've never bought a backpack before and just love it. The perfect size for shopping on the weekend. Love the pattern. It looks like a Renaissance painting yet is so whimsical. Favorite part of all Vera Bradley products is that it is washable..

I have several Vera backpacks in various styles and patterns and I love all of them. This Immersed Blooms pattern has beautiful, deep rich colors and the inside lining has hidden animals peeking through the pattern for a great surprise!!! The small backpacks work as a hands-free purse. The main compartments have zippers (not drawstrings like other backpacks). Has just the right amount of room to carry a wallet, phone, keys, small makeup bag, and a few other items. I've bought other backpack purses and none are as good as a Vera because Vera's are not stiff, they are made from softer and more flexible material, but still hold shape. The straps/fit is always comfortable. Can't go wrong with a Vera backpack.
