I am going through immunotherapy treatments and wanted to be able to carry a water bottle and some snacks. This size is perfect and the pattern is lovely.

Love this bag! Very happy with it.

I searched the internet high and low for a lightweight, machine washable backpack that I could use as a purse/diaper bag for myself and my kids, ages 2.5 and 8months. Finally I found my way to this Vera bradley one and I'm very pleased! I bought it in two colors. The monogramming is beautiful. I recently took it for a petting zoo trip - I had diapers, wipes, my keys, a water bottle, hats, and 2 Ello lunch containers in it! It was a tight squeeze for sure but it all fit and I didn't have to carry around my much larger diaper backpack.

Love the color of this backpack. It is more of a rose color than peachy but very springy.

I always carry around a 32oz water bottle, and the #1 requirement for my new bag for it to fit my water bottle. This bad fits it with room to spare, I bought it for work and it fits food and water bottle as well as other items perfectly.

My granddaughter asked for this backpack for her birthday. It is the perfect size for a much-traveling 12-year-old! I had it monogrammed and it is adorable... can't wait to give it to her!

I really like this spring/summer lightweight backpack. I wouldn't use it in the winter months over a heavy down jacket. I'm 5'3, so the size is perfect for me. I like the hidden phone slip pocket. There is nice organization overall. It's very comfortable on my shoulders. I wish it had a key fob. Even though the outside pockets aren't deep enough to hold a water bottle, I'm still giving a 5- star rating. Given the size of this backpack and zipper location, I'm not sure the design would allow for deeper outside pockets that would accommodate most water bottles. I did find a slim water bottle online, but have to keep it inside the main compartment. I'd love to see more solid colors like green, navy, black, gray, and wine in the recycled cotton. (I don't care for this new coral/pinkish/ terracotta color at all. It's an odd-off color.) Overall, I'm happy with this bag.

I have been looking for the perfect backpack purse, and I have found it! I just love everything about it. It's the perfect size. Not too big like a regular backpack would be. Not too small that I can't carry a bottle of water inside. The two side pockets are actually big enough to put my phone (with a Loopy case) in without having to pry it out. The top carrying handle is not fabric, so it will not wear out immediately. I bought the backpack because I love the outside color, but the inside white with black floral print is what absolutely sold me.

Holds everything in its proper place. I know where everything is when I open the bag up.

This is perfect for daily errands! And it holds so much! I love all the pockets! The straps buckle loosens very easily but it's easy to adjust also

I needed a smaller backpack for small trips I would be making, and I saw one of my friends with this size backpack from Vera Bradley and knew I needed it! I looked through different styles and this color and pattern stood out to me. The size of this backpack is perfect, and though my water bottle doesn't fit in the water bottle pockets it does fit perfectly in the main pocket, leaving room for smaller things in the side pocket.

What gorgeous colors in island tile blue pattern. I love the small size of this backpack.

It's so cute and small but what is amazing is how much stuff you can fit in there! I can fit two water bottles, a laptop, some tshirts, purse, keys, literally so much stuff- ALL in it!!

Great! I use it like a purse. It's on my back not heavy in one shoulder. It's absolutely adorable

Perfect size, weight and very fast shipping.

I love that it has a zipper instead of a snap or cinch! Very easy to access and a good size for me and my 2 kids (4yo & 7yo). I haven't washed it yet, but seems like it will hold up well. I have 2 dogs and it does seem to attract dog hair, but will wipe off easily.

I love the bag, although its a bit smaller than I expected.

I love to use the small backpack as a hands-free purse. It is also easy on the back, as opposed to a heavy purse hanging on one shoulder. This is my fourth Vera Bradley small backpack purchase, so you can see how much I love them!! This pattern is bright, springy, and goes well with my spring wardrobe.

I get so many compliments on my new compact backpack. It has plenty of pockets inside to hold my stuff. Very happy with my purchase.

I'm 67 years old and bought this small pack for those times I need more than my Vera crossbody. It can carry my iPad, a book, wallet, and a bit more to get me through a long day somewhere. I also love the blue print that goes with everything!
