I have been using these bags for five years, for myself and daughter. They are the best available crossbody phone wallets I have seen in any country, and I have taken them to Europe as gifts as well (by request!). I have found that, over the years, each design change has been for the worse, unfotunately. I have not found it helpful that the newer versions have fewer credit card slots. A recent change, moving the small zippered compartment to the back of the bag (AND not even making that clear on the website) is particularly frustrating. I have found that the design of the bag has had a direct relationship to how well my daughter protects and keeps her essential items, and am really worried she will lose her keys with this latest purchase since they will no longer can be well stored in the double zipped compartment. My daughter who is a college student goes through about two per year, but I have felt it worth the money because of the protection and organization the design offers. Even swapping to the version with no phone compartment and her college logo is associated with her cracking her phone screen and eventaully lose her phone. As for myself, I am still on my second bag which has proven durable enough for me, although the straps are broken and I would definately replace it if a suitable new model were available.

Unfortunately this is way to small for me. I carry sunglasses and my eyeglasses a wallet lipstick and it is smooshed in there: I took off my tags thinking I liked it but it's way too tire for me.

I wear glasses and have sun glasses and with my wallet and phone it's just way to small. I really couldn't fit my lipstick or anything else in this bag. I took off the tags before I really tried it out and now I'm stuck with it so bummer there. Very pretty bag though and I do love this material and color!

I am returning because the bag did not match the online description. So disappointed:(

Sorry I had to return this purse it was so cute. The lack of width (gusset) in the bottom doesn't leave enough room for the items I carry, plus a wallet and cell phone, let alone the health items I need to carry as a diabetic. If it was at least 2 inches wide on the bottom instead of the one inch it may have worked.

Overall, I liked the bag, the design, the fabric, etc. However, the magnetic closure on the center compartment was not strong enough to keep it secure, it kept opening on it's own. Whatever you put in there could easily fall out, like your cell phone for example. I returned it.

Magnet in middle pocket is worthless.

Color does not match the product we got

Does not match the picture at all. Seems to be the fabric that doesn't have any flowers on it.

I have loved my Vera Bradley handbags in the past. I bought this item because I am aging and handbags are getting heavier on my shoulder. However, I was disappointed in this product. Once you put a few items in it, it won't zip up. I did not add many items at all,

I hoped to love this purse. I didn't realize that the center pocket would not have a zipper. It would be perfect for someone who didn't need to carry much, but although I don't carry a lot, I do need two pairs of glasses, my phone, masks and a wallet. I love the Crossbody style and the print and if it were wider on the bottom it would be perfect--with a zipper across the middle.

This needs to be redesigned so that it hangs vertically. Put your phone in the handy outside pocket. You'll have to completely unzip the next inner pocket with the many slots for credit cards and the pocket for your money. You'll have to totally unzip it to access those things. Next, the weight of your phone in the outside pocket will cause the pocket with the card slots and money to flop downwards spilling everything out. This just happened to me in a pretty inconvenient location. Instead of having increased security with a small bag held close to my body, I unexpectedly found myself collecting money, ID and credit cards off the floor. I'm feeling very flustered and angry, and of course I'm left to wonder how much I lost! This bag is an illusion of security and organization. You can not rely on it.

I don't have a lot of stuff in my purse n I couldn't fit phone wallet (card holder) n air pods with out the magnet popping open.

I ordered this bag online. When I received it, one of the zippers caught and stuck each time I tried to use it. I just wanted to exchange the item. I spent 30 minutes on chat, only to be told I have to submit pictures and have my request reviewed and approved. How am I supposed to photograph a faulty zipper? I wasn't even asking for my money back, I just wanted an exchange. I did ask that they cover the return shipping fee since it was due to their error. For the $6 return fee I think they have lost an existing customer forever. I don't want to take my chances with this again.

Returned it. Couldn't get it to close nicely. Center was to open. No matter how little I put it it it puffed out. I exchange fo a different style The new style that has one zip pocket and a very nice flip obverse the Walt style pocket. Love this one. And love this type wallet

On line and in the original offer, the predominant colors were black and brown. The item had very little brown and bits of blue. Not what I wanted to match my winter coat. Will be returning it.

Have loved my previous VB All in one however, this new one has serious flaw. When unzipped, the gusset lining has a Huge gaping hole, large enough my finger goes through, allowing objects to fall out. All it would take is to extend depth of lining & attach to bottom of wallet. Customer service was nice, but the "review team" sent this was just the way it was intended to be made. I love all other aspects of product, including monogram, But am so surprised that Vera Bradley, a company known for quality, would allow this. Simply sent a small coupon. I Hate that I'm going to have to use Duct Tape on this beautiful wallet!!! DUCT tape on a Vera Bradley!!! Well, different colors of duct tape now available!

The pictures are misleading. I thought the bag was only black and white.

Returned this item. Did not like feel of fabric, prefer the all cotton fabric with no zippers for my crossbody. Also prefer a cotton strap sewn into the purse instead of clips and rings. I wish you would bring back the flat mini, all cotton quilted crossbody with a single flap and magnetic button. It was perfect for carrying my iPhone, ID and credit card. I purchased several years ago and used them dailythey are threadbare now so I really hope you reconsider making it once again as it is perfect for a 5'2" person like me because the bulky, bigger crossbody purses are too uncomfortable to carry.

Key connector ring ripped off shortly after purchasing.

I bought this online to match the same color purse. It was too big for just a wallet. I returned it. Why create such a lovely color and not give us a nice wallet selection to match?
