The main pouch can be opened to to bottom and will open all the way to the bottom. Good organization pouches and robust hardware. The zippers are a little firm, but they very well may break in.

Overall very satisfied with the bag. The zippers as far as one handed ease of use isn't the best. And wish this model came with a hideaway rain cover in the toe of it. Outside of a few personal things as listed this bag so far is the best one for my use/purposes on the market. ( EDC, Go/get home bag. Travel )

I bought this pack for the size and organization pockets. It holds items and has spots for things like pens, small items and larger items. Made from quality materials, weather resistant. The only down side I found is that the straps ends just stick out like a sore thumb. Some type of strap hook and loop or retaining wrap should have been included.
