I am going to be sending it back. Love the pattern but not the size of the purse. Cannot even fit my Vera Bradley wallet in it. Did not realize that it was a Mini Multi crossbody Bag. Vera Bradley always has good quality in anything they make.

Way too small!

I love Vera Bradley and I'm usually so happy with my purchases. Unfortunately, as I started to organize my personal items in the purse, I realized that nothing really fit the way I expected it to. What disappointed me the most, was that the compartments did not close properly and I have made it a point to 'travel light' so I no longer carry a full wallet - I carry a mini with only the most necessary cards and change. I wanted to fit a notebook (as shown on the video for this specific bag), nope, it did not fit. Once I had sort of put what fit, I was frustrated and when I tried to wear it as a crossbody bag, that was worse -- all compartments kept on opening since they only have a magnet and the purse itself did not look good. It's the first time I've had to return a purchase but I hope to try the full size and see how that one goes but to be honest, I am a little hesitant about it because I feel that it won't stay closed -- that's my biggest fear plus I won't be able to wear it as a crossbody bag, shoulder only.

Background looked white in ad; it actually was gray. I ret'd bag because I don't like gray & have nothing to wear it with.

Needs to be about 4 - 6 inches wider in width if It was where I could I would send back

Too small. Wish I had sent it back. There is some awkwardness in the pocket arrangement. I always like what I get from VB, but not this one.

Really cute maybe for a teenager! Nothing stays in, very disappointed. Doesn't even work for a cosmetic bag very disappointed. I have always loved your bags!

Not paying attention to the Mini size it's to small for my needs.

Extremely disappointed w this bag. It has certainly taught me to never buy online from VB if I haven't seen the specific item first. If I were 10 years old, it might be useful; however, the optional shoulder strap is awkward to use, the closures for the 2 main compartments are ineffective, and the center compartment is so small that I could barely fit a wallet and a package of tissues. I think I will give it to my 8 yo granddaughter: at least she won't be worried about losing anything she puts into the bag. Probably my final VB purchase as I hate buying items that so consistently are below the standard I had come to expect from Vera Bradley. Suggest you decide what your target demographic is as many of us who have been loyal customers for years aren't happy with the less than adequate choices of the last couple of years.

To small. For the money I spent. It's great for child but not a an adult! I'm very dissatisfied. Their purses have become they're either gigantic monsters or they're itty bitty teeny tiny too small to really do anything with y'all keep missing the mark

I have returned the item as i did not work for me. Quality of purse was excellent...but the openings were too small and difficult to store items I usually carry in a purse.

Was not very happy with the size of this. The matching wallet did not fit the way I was hoping.

This was a gift for my wife. She used for three days and the gusset around the zipper in the center of the bag has pulled apart. Will be returning for refund.
