Can't use this with an ice pack. It leaks all over as the ice pack defrosts and it made a complete mess in my daughter's backpack

We just received this and I'm so glad we tested it before sending it to school. I only put a yogurt inside with a fit+fresh ice pack (which are great)in the pocket. In 2 hrs the front outside was soaked through, the ice pack still a bit frozen, and yogurt somewhat cold. I'm returning it, but am wondering how I missed that it wasn't even thick enough or water resistant. If this were in her backpack or next to other kids' lunches, everything would be ruined. This is a cheap, poorly made product (at least it won't work for us and for cold food).

way too pricey for a lunch bag that's so small, ridiculous actually

I got this lunch box in order to take my lunch to work. It was great, until I spilled some soup in it. I followed the care instructions, and washed it on gentle in cold water and when I pulled it out the insulated lining had basically ripped and disintegrated. It was right by the zipper on the seam, so I can't zip it now or it gets caught and stuck. Really bummed out. If it isn't really washable, they need to say that.

It's my fault for not reading the measurements. This is cute and adorable but I can barely fit a sandwich or a snack in here. And definitely no ice pack to keep my lunch cold. I will keep looking for one in the ideal size, it just won't be Vera Bradley

Would not recommend. Small and not worth the price. Not much space to pack lunch and snacks.

Not much substance to this bag to be called a lunch bag. I love the print, but the bag is very small & has no support. I will not be using it as a lunch bag.

This is really flimsy, not worth the Monday. These use to be pretty sturdy but I don't think this will last long. Disappointed.

I bought this lunch bag for my daughter, Vera Bradley has always been our go to product. This is the only item I have ever been thoroughly disappointed in..It looks and feels very cheap and is not at all leak proof like other Vera Bradley lunch bags. She and I both carry Vera Bradley backpacks, key fobs, wallets, totes for trips, and purses. I think the craftsmanship on this product could be a whole lot better considering the price.

it's small and thin. the main problem I have, we have had it for 2 school years now and it's still flat, the sides just fold in. it's not sturdy, it just collapses. Definitely not big enough for a high school age kid's lunch.

Gets dirty so easily!!

I ordered this lunchbox thinking it would be a shade of lilac, a light purple. However, upon receiving the product it is in fact a bright purple. No where near the shade presented in the picture above. It looks like Dora's backpack I was very disappointed in this product and expected better of Vera Bradley.

.I purchased the Factory Style Lighten Up Lunch Bunch (Reactive material) from the Vera Bradley Online Outlet in July 2022. I didn't see an option to write a review on this product on the VB Online Outlet website so I'm adding it here. My teenage daughter uses it to take her school lunches in and sends me daily texts complaining about it. Here are her 2 main complaints. 1. The lunch bag is very small and difficult to pack items in causing some items (sandwiches mainly) to get squished. 2. If you place a reusable ice pack in the bag, be prepared to have the inside and the outside of the bag all wet. This is pretty frustrating when the lunch bag is kept in your backpack. I even tried to put the ice pack in a plastic baggie hoping that would help but it didn't. This isn't the first VB lunch box my daughter has used and we have loved all of the ones she has had in the past. We have never had this issue with ice packs. This one is a no go and I wish I could return it for a refund!!

Too small to be useful

We were disappointed in the size of this product. My daughter is a senior and we'll likely be returning this lunch bag.

Not at all what we was expecting this would be more for like a kindergarten child. I will have to find something different.

This is super thin and will not keep a lunch cool. I will be returning it! This is the first time I've been unhappy with a vera product. Also ordered the XL campus backpack in the same print. It's nice and roomy! But disappointed because my daughter will not have a lunch bag to match her backpack

This really should be bigger unless you're a kindergartener

The lunch bag was a lot smaller than I had expected it to be. When I first searched the patter, I did not see another lunch box in that pattern. However, when this one came in and I searched lunchboxes I did see a square one in this pattern that seemed like it would fit a little more. I emailed customer service but it sounded like I would have to pay $6 to ship this back and they would not exchange even though it was the same price. I was hoping they'd exchange it without shipping. I did not pay shipping when I bought and got it on sale.

We buy lunch boxes every year for our girls. This one was a replacement and just not the quality of the normal Vera Bradley style. I wouldn't buy this one again.

I was disappointed in the thin-ness of this bad. I thought it would be more durable. For the money, it's a very expensive lunch bag and not worth the cash.

This bag is not insulated. Disappointed. We put a cold pack inside and it got wet all the way through. Do not purchase if you are looking for a lunch bag. Probably good for cosmetics? not good to keep food cool.
