I love the shape and pockets of the bag, but the fabric holds onto lint terribly. Am constantly using a lint roller on it.

You have shrunk the size of the bag. Pockets and all. I have been buying the Glenna for years and loved it but this one does not measure up to your standards. Really disappointed!

The material seems cheap but the size and pockets are what I expected

I thought this purse looked super cute online. When I received this purse, it was much larger than I expected and I just did not care for it. I returned this purse.

I have three other Glenna Satchels. But I guess they changed up the look this year. There is no Vera Bradley label anywhere. The style has changed a bit, and the straps aren't as long. I'm disappointed.

I don't like the size of this purse. It is not the size of the normal Glenn satchels, but this one is slightly larger.. I wish they would have said that in the description, but the picture did not look like it was larger than the regular ones

Disappointed in bag. Not like my old Glenna satchel.

Received the snowglobe glenna handbag. I love the pattern & I own probably 10 glenna purses & love this style! Really dissapointed in the size of this one! Why would you take such a great purse & make it smaller? The size & style is why I loved the glenna so much! If this is the new size, I won't be buying anymore. I'll look somewhere else to buy the older style of this, which is a shame cause I won't be able to purchase the new patterns. I really wish they would have left the size & style alone. The glenna has always been my favorite. I will keep the one I bought cause it's a Christmas pattern & I purchased the matching wallet. Just don't want to deal with shipping it back. Just very dissapointed!

I'm only giving this bag a three star because I'm not sure it's the bag for me. It seems much bigger than my other Glenna bag. However, it's a very nice bag.

I have always loved Vera. But this bag annoys me because of the way it puffs up above the handles. They should have stitch it there to keep it flat. Once you get contents in the purse it pulls it down and creates a puffy look.

I loved the pattern but it was not the right size for me way to small

I've been buying the Glenna Satchel from Vera Bradley for years and the ones being produced are not the same as the ones from years ago. The satchel it self is smaller and of course the price is higher. I wish they would bring the original Glenna Satchel back.

I measured the Vera Bradley satchel purse I've had and love. And it to be the same. It's shaped differently. The new purse too small. It's the image of the plaid purse above.

The purse is very nice; however I failed to check the dimensions of the purse and did not expect it to be so large. Nothing is wrong with it; I just ordered a purse that is too large and long for my needs. I will try to send it back.

Purse was very nice and well constructed, but way smaller than I though it would be looking at the pictures. I have other vera Bradley products that I really enjoy, but not this one.

I have many different Glenna satchel bags. I love the patriotic colors. The bag seems much smaller then all the other ones that I have.

This is not the same shape or size as the older Glenna models. Glenna was always my favorite purse, but will not be buying another. Pockets are tighter, zipper opening not as large, do like the color design.

I like my pocket book. But it upsets me cause it does not have any vera bradley name on it any were. Makes me think it my not be a true vera.bradley pocket book.

I really liked the purse but sent it back. The shoulder straps were not long enough for me.

I ordered this because the description said it was the Classic Glenna. When I received it, it is not as 'roomy' as my current one. Bottom is definitely narrower. Disappointed that it is not the old style as I expected.

I decided to buy a new Glenna. Mine is getting old, and I love the style. I was very surprised to receive my new Glenna in the mail, opening it up, and seeing that it didn't look like the old Glenna at all! It looks more like a gift bag. I was so disappointed! I did return it. I gave three stars for the very nice, substantial yet soft, fabric. Besides the design of the Glenna being nothing like the old Glenna, I miss the lack of piping around the seams, and the leather in the handle. I should have read the reviews first, as I am not the only one who didn't like the changes. I don't know what year these happened, as my Glenna is more than a few years old.

The quality of construction is good and fabric very nice. But the overall size and small size of inside pockets did not work for me, so I returned it. But there was nothing faulty about the bag itself.

The straps are too short. I wear my bags over my shoulder. I am trying to figure out a way to make them longer, need to be at least 12". Do you have any suggestions?

Came with a hole in the pocket

Satchel is the same good quality as before, but very disappointing that it has reduced in size. the pictures still show the original size. Vera Bradley, you can at least update your pictures to reflect the size of your small Satchels.
