We miss the sack style. This one is a bit too large.

I like the bag, but the handles are on the wrong side. The way the bag is designed the handle is meant to carry the bag straight up. The bag is too narrow to pack that way. You have to pack the bag and carry it without holding the handles.

The pattern and feel of the deluxe lunch bunch are suburb. The product itself is way too large and cumbersome for one person to use as their everyday lunch bag. This product would be better served as a two person picnic.

Engraved this bag. Very nice and spacious. Only complaint is when packing the lunchbox laying down, I the have to grab the handle which then turns the food in another direction. Fortunately so far no spills have happened.

The print on the bag is lovely and I love the color and monogram. I would like for it to be be wider so that I could carry a soup container that could sit flat on the bottom.

Very pretty, but I would love it if it your food was able to sit up correctly instead of sideways. My last lunchbox was also bigger, so that has been an adjustment.

I was so excited to get this lunch box. But it's built the wrong way. When you place your food in it, it will be on its side once you zip it closed and grab the handle. So don't put anything in there that will leak. But I LOVE the pattern!

Lunchbox was smaller than I expected and I was disappointed in the size of the bottle holder on the side of the bag. The holder was too small and my water bottle fell out of it and broke on the ground,

This is a lovely lunchbox. However, there is a design flaw. You fill the lunchbox laying flat. Then to carry your lunch by the shoulder strap, you must carry the bag vertically. All the food is smushed at the bottom!

The bag is beautiful but doesn't hold much.

The side netting needs to be stronger first week of school and my daughters thermos about to fall thru cause a hole in it

First week using this and already lining is tearing away. For over $50 that should not happen. Quality has significantly gone down hill the last several years.

Strap is too long and bothersome, will return

The bag is too small and when you carry it by the strap the contents shift side ways. Not a practice design for a lunch bag,

I thought I was ordering the box that expanded but got this lunch box that does not. Kind of disheartening.
