I have not had the joyous pleasure to try these out yet. I am, as you say, a newbie at golf, but I have done my research. These do run a half size larger than your regular shoes, so I would recommend at least finding a store to try them on and compare, then order from the site. Fast delivery, excellent customer service, and ease of access make both the site and the shoes worth while to keep buying from FootJoy in tye future.

Hands down my most comfortable Pro SLs. Wore them for 18 walking right out of the box. Outstanding fit, VERY lightweight, and so far waterproof (we'll see after another 100 rounds). Highly recommend

After going through Nike after Nike I finally switched to footjoy. Great decision. Shoe is comfortable for walking 18, completely waterproof, and has amazing grip.

Very good support and very comfortable

I bought similar Footjoy's in the past and migrated away from them to try other brands over the last 2 years. The others really didn't offer the space or comfort for my wide foot and the orthotics I have. I've played several rounds walking each course with out any pain. I'm a size 10.5 wide but ordered 11 wide to fit my orthotics. It's a great, comfortable golf shoe!!!

Bought these for my dad and he was shocked at how nice they were. Definitely worth the money. My boyfriend has had a pair that have lasted him years upon years, so I was excited to invest in the same quality shoe for my dad! #sweepstakes

These are really light, very comfortable and yet manage to be very stable. Wore them for 18 holes straight out of the box and was very impressed. Got admiring comments from other players as well. The colour way is neutral and these would go with Neary any outfit.
