As a 6'1" 210 male, an xl fits perfect in length and width

Love, Love, Love!!! My son loves how they fit and he said that they are very comfortable. He is 5'7 and 170lbs and the medium fits perfect. He hadn't tested them in real cold weather yet.

I love the zipper pockets and its very comfy as well
