I went to my local Vera Bradley store near me In Leawood Kansas as soon as I walked into the store I knew I had to buy this pool bag. I bought my drawstring family tote in the blue Shore Thing pattern and I am so in love with this bag because it's reminds me of being at the beach or at the pool. This style bag has lots of room for towels and for everyday essentials you need at the pool or the beach. I would definitely recommend getting this pool bag because it's totally worth the money and it has a great drawstring closer. I can't wait to use it on my vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks this summer!!

I bough this pool bag at my local Vera Bradley store near me in Kansas City Missouri and I am so in love with this pool bag because it's got lots of room to pack stuff to bring to the pool or the beach. I got mine in the shore thing in the blue color and I can't wait to use it by the pool and at the lake this summer!!

This bag will get used on many vacations, weekend trips and trips to the pool. The large size is great as an individual or family with kids and all of the items that come along with going to the beach/pool with kids. You can pack above the top of the bag and not worry about items falling out because of the mesh that closes by pulling a string (so you don't have to worry about zipping a bag that is too full).

Perfect size for taking all your miscellaneous items onto a cruise ship and also for going off the ship for a beach day will be ordering another

I'm looking forward to using this bag to take more groceries in at once (keep it in the car), to take various pool supplies from house to pool, packing for vacation and more. I love the light blue Shore Thing colors, which are a bit muted when compared to the cotton VB products, but in this case the water repellent fabric is a plus!

Going to beach in june wanted roomy able to hold all that carry to beach this bag will definitely work. Large enough for beach towel(s) and all other items you may need for day on beach and will close great with drawstring!

I have purchased this bag 5 times. I like to make baby shower gift baskets using this bag. It's so versatile and spacious. It can easily be wiped clean inside and out. As a parent, I can throw toys in it to take to the park or pack the family up for an overnight stay. The drawstring closure allows you to overstuff the bag if needed. I would love a zipper pocket of the outside of the bag.

I love how easy to clean this bag is. The material in the inside allows you to flip the bag inside out, wash it dry and ready for use right away. I was told you can even throw it in the washing machine. I havent needed to do that yet but I'm sure it won't ruin it. Its big enough to fit 3 towels, toys, and anything else i need to take to the pool or beach. My only feedback would be that I wish it had more inside compartments. It would make it so much easier to look for car keys, phone, or anything that I would need to get out. I have a 2 year old so i BREATH easy access to things. Everything else is PERFECT! Thanks!

Great for vacation

I love this tote bag with it's drawstring closure, but my tote will never see a beach. I bought it to hold my crochet/knit WIPs (works in progress) because it's big enough to hold a number of small WIPs like hats, scarfs, and sweaters, or for a large afghan or blanket. The drawstring top will prevent my yarn and supplies from falling out if it gets tippe over by a curious cat nosing. I can leave my WIPs home and use it on cruises, or rode trips. Best of all, it'll last for years because of it's sturdy construction. I'm very happy with my Vera Bradley Family Tote with Drawstring.

I use this as my swim bag for the YMCA. I actually just liked the pattern and bought it with the beach towel to use for my swim class. It is large enough to carry all that I need to use at the Y.
