When I received it it didn't have the initials were not on my bag. I really wanted the personalized put in the bag, Disappointed !

I love how you can put clothes in it and the carry handles don't rip. Well made. Beautiful patterns. Only negative. Not all products are available. Like pocketbook, large dull bag, wallet, and coin purse. Not happy with that.
