I love this travel backpack! It's so convenient when you're taking quick trips and don't want to pay those extra carry-on fees for certain airlines. It looks like a backpack but it unfolds just like a suitcase. Best bag ever!

Packs a lot. Smartly designed.

This is great for traveling. Fits well on the plane. Flat, not bulky, but plenty of room for everything you need with you from your Laptop and cords to a change of clothes and toiletries, and a wrap for warmth on the plane and still room left over.

I was surprised how much the Lay Flat backpack held, however, for me, I am not able to use it on my next trip. I was planning on using it as my "personal" item, but British Airways has a size restriction for personal items and the lay flat bag is about 4 inches too tall. So, I switched almost all of my stuff in the VB pack into another VB pack and hope I can get through! I'm keeping my lay flat bag. It will be great for domestic flights.

Very excited to pack this bag with a weeks' worth of traveling items into this stylish and well made pack. The material feels light, but worthy of a pleasant trip. My kid showed me the two different zippered front pockets which blew our socks off. Delightful.

I just recently got this bag and have been challenging myself to no longer check a bag on trips. This bag has been perfect for that! So much fits in here, especially if you learn to roll clothes and get a couple other tricks to packing. Plus, it lays flat which makes packing handy as well!

I'm very happy with this purchase (Heather Gray). The bag served as both a carryon and a diaper bag at the same time. I was able to pack a good amount (2-3 sets of clothes for me and my child, diapers, pack of wipes, a bunch of snacks, water bottles, thin books, wallet, small toiletries bag, headphones) especially with the ample number of compartments and pockets. There are so many pockets that I even forgot where I placed certain things! This is a great option as a carryon when traveling with small children. I'm also looking forward to using it for upcoming 1-2 night business trips.

I was looking for a new work bag that doubles as a travel pack. This back is perfection itself. I travel every other week for work and it's held up nicely. I'm tempted to buy another one so that when eventually this one wears out, I have a back up. I am able to pack a decent amount of items and the laptop space is huge. I can carry my 32oz Camelbak water bottle in the side pocket without a problem too.

perfect travel backpack

This Lay Flat Travel Backpack is a perfect carry-on for an airplane. It fits nicely under the seat without a problem, and mine was fully packed. It has multiple pockets, and zippered storage. The outside mesh pocket was perfect for either a water bottle or my large paperback book. It made it easy to grab on the flight. Highly recommend!

As someone who struggles with back issues with backpacks, what drew me to this pack is the ACA endorsement. It sits close to my back and further up instead of pulling down and away. I have used it for work and also in travel. It is large enough to pack 1-2 nights worth of like clothing and toiletries as well as a small laptop computer as well as water bottle pockets on the sides. I was worried my 32 ounce nalgene would not fit but it does and fits secure. Really love this item as it is multi functional.
