I returned the bag way too big! I loved the color!

Loved it online, but when it arrived, it was (a) packed only in a thin plastic bag, which the post office shoved into our 2-1/2 high mailbox, ripping the bag in doing so--fortunately that didn't damage the luggage, but not good packaging; (b) looked like black background online, and did not specify, but turned out to be dark navy, which doesn't go with my other luggage; and (c) the disqualifier: the top/all around zipper doesn't work, from day 1; works only one direction, as the other zipper pull is stuck/won't move from the side of the bag it's on. Thus I have to send it back, and the trip I wanted for came and went.

The zip doesn't work well.
