Bag is nice, but can not hold anything much.

I had to return this bag. It is what I wanted for sling back but it slides off shoulder and didn't want a cross body. Will try the convertible purse to back.pack see if that's better

The bag itself is very nice and well put together. Although I did look at the dimensions prior to purchasing the bag I was very disappointed how small it actually is. It really doesn't hold a large food conatiner and the spacing is limited. Thank You

I loved the look and functionality of this bag BUT, the way the strap is stitched on the bottom, it only allows you to carry it on your left shoulder if you don't want to use it across your body. I'm returning it for a sling that has a reversible strap that will work on either shoulder.

I liked It but the strap was way too short. I wanted to carry it as a crossbody but I couldnt do that with this bag.

Super cute and definitely gets the job done, but the zipper has been snagging the inner material since being opened.

I was very disappointed. I bought this for my husband for Christmas as a lunch bag. His lunch will not fit. I have one I absolutely love and thought this was the same size. He was very disappointed.

It should be re-designed to include a handle on the top in addition to the strap. This would allow you an alternative way to hold/lift it.

to small and i dont like the material

I love this style and I liked the pattern when I saw it in person but the bag I received was cut from a different portion of fabric that had a much busier pattern, so I'm pretty disappointed. But the material is very nice and the style is great!

I like the pattern, and I like the idea, but it just wasn't comfortable to use. I got the because I have Vera Bradley back packs that I'll use specifically for when we goto fairs or parades. If it's really hot, I find my back to be extra hot. So I thought this would be a good replacement. Unfortunately I just couldn't find a way to wear it that I thought would be comfortable to me for an all day use. Perhaps the smaller one would work better?

I returned it. Did not like the background color.

It's a pretty bag and I liked that it was made of recycled materials. But , it's made so it can only be thrown over 1 shoulder. Not enough compartments and it falls flimsily over when set down. I was so disappointed.

It is large and super cute. I liked that about it but it's not very well insulated and my ice packs were completely thawed and warm by the end of my work day when in my old cheapo lunch bag they were still partially frozen by the end of the day. Also, the first time I unzipped it when I got it, the zipper got caught on a corner and took a small chunk out of the plastic. For what I spent, I would have expected better.

Bag itself is beautiful. Strap is awful and material is very slippery, will not stay on shoulders. Could have added a grip handle on bag itself and a shoulder strap pad if anything on strap itself. Now they are going on 2 weeks with no refund still even though have received it back over a week ago.

The black sling has worked well. The gray material feels more plastic-like than the black. The black I have. The gray, I returned.

It's a very nice bag. But it hurts the shoulders if you wear it for a long time.

Do not care for web straps

Nice bag, but it is not friendly to left-handed people.

Nice looking Tote. But it doesn't keep anything cold. Tried to insert ice cubes in a ziplock bag and the ice cubes melted quickly because there is no kind of insulation in this bag. Two stars only because it looks cute.

Don't care for the material it's made with
