I love this. Its so warm. At first i ordered a regular womans xxl. but the sleeves were way to long. I returned and got a plus size 1x & it fit perfect. Im usually about a xl but wanted room for a hoodie for extra warmth, which i can do but this parka is so warm i havent needed to & I live in Alaska.

This is a very nice coat, it is comfortable and warm. It was a bit longer than I expected. Something is off with the plus sizes. I ordered this originally in a 2X assuming it would give me room for a sweater. The 2X was tighter than I wanted a coat to be. I then reordered a 3X, which is a size I have never worn. This coat was more roomy, and definitely would allow you to wear a heavy sweater. If you are a true 3X, you might find it too tight. The size chart gives one set of measurements and a description of the different fits. I think you should consider giving the measurements of the different fits, because they are not the same. I do appreciated that North Face is making clothing for plus sizes.

Love love love this jacket! Fits me well. Runs small so go a size up. Wore it when I went skiing and honestly I wasn't cold for even a second! Nice to see a good brand and design that's available for all sizes. And the jacket/coat doesn't make you feel like a balloon which is always nice lol

Hesitated to buy this coat because it's spendy but so glad I did and I'd do it again. So comfortable and warm. Thin enough that it's not annoyingly bulky or uncomfortable. My only wish was that the wrist had a cuff to keep cold air out but overall I'd say this coat is definitely 5 stars and worth the money.

it kept me warm while walking. it is light I love the hood being attached.

Perfect product

I needed a warm down coat for snow activities. I love the style and fit, but unfortunately, this coat doesn't keep me warm without wearing a North Face down vest under it. Also, I paid full price and 2-1/2 weeks later it went on sale for 1/3 off. North Face's policy only allows for sale price up to 2 weeks.

I can't believe how light it is for a parka. I am a 2X but got a 3X so I could bundle underneath but it's too snug for layering. I'd return it but they don't offer it in a 4X.

PRO: It's definitely warm. Stylish. I've always wanted a NorthFace and was SURPRISED when I stopped by the website & saw a plus size section. CON: It's not very roomy in the chest & stomach area. I am a size 22/24. I'm able to get it zipped up, but it's a bit of a struggle. There was a tag on it when I received it that said "slim fit" which I don't remember reading in the details. THAT SHOULD BE ADDED. Also, the 1st time I wore it I was wearing a WHITE t-shirt and after I took the coat off, my shirt had been STAINED RED. I washed my shirt & of course the dye did NOT come out! VERY DISAPPOINTING. Maybe machine wash it before wearing!

Everyday coat in New England winter. Light weight but warm. The stretch is awesome but waist line a little tight. Also should have embroidered logo.

This coat is light but warm. My problem was the sizing. Although I usually wear a 1X, I ordered the 2X to have room for a heavy sweater. The 2X was a bit too tight, I returned it. I understand that North Face has at least three different fits, this one being a slim fit. The measurements aren't listed for the different fits, and they are very different.

The zipper is difficult to use not happy with it

It's a nice warm coat, but it has a major issue with the zipper. It gets stuck and it's hard to get it unstuck. I don't think I will buy another coat from North Face.

I use the coat daily, i coat runs small not true to size. I can still wear it BECAUSE it has some give to it. 2x feels like a 1x so size up.

Bought 3 for family for Europe this Dec. Thought could repel some light rain. Quickly 3 of us were sopping wet. We felt dampness inside, through the coats. Extremely surprised and disappointed.
