I am 5'5, 27 waist, 36 hips. I first ordered a M because of the size guide and the model (for the black one, has similar measurements to mine and is wearing an M). However, when it got here, it was way to big on me! I had to exchange for a small. The small fits perfect, not too snug, can layer up with it. I also noticed that the medium was slightly longer than the small. I am typically always small, so I would say if you are always true to size, go with your size!

I'm 5'7" 130 pounds. Ordered the Medium. The coat is a slim fit, but there is little room for your chest, and the sleeves are super tight (and I have very slim arms). Having said that, it is a Stretch Parka, and it does stretch, but personally, it's just too tight for it to be comfortable and the coat would not work well with a sweater under it. I also had a girlfriend try it on and she felt the same way as I did.

I love this coat, but I am 5 ft 6, 157 pounds and usually wear a small/medium in tops and 8/10 in pants. I just couldn’t make it work. I basically needed a L for the bottom half of this coat and a small or medium for the top. Maybe not great of you are more of a pear shape. I didn’t notice any stretch. But, the quality seems great and I loved the look of this coat overall. Wish it had worked! FWIW I have an older long North Face coat in Medium and it is roomy, so I do feel like this runs small.

I am rather short & wear xs & at times xxs. This fit me so well & the length not even too long. I just love it & would recommend to women who are petite & tiny. The green is a lovely forest green color

Light and warm. Feel great while you look amazing in this parka.

I bought this to replace a North Face parka that I lost that I had for about 10 years. Love that this is thin but warm and not bulky so it doesn't make me look big. I like that it is stream lined and matte finish. It is more dark gray thank black but I am fine with that. I agree that the sleeves are a little long but no big deal. I rather them longer to keep my hands warm than too short. Also, you can fold them in. Otherwise the small fit perfect. I am 5'3" and 135bs for your reference.

I love this parka, it is exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the M, I am 5'2" 126 lbs. It is slimming but very warm, and plenty of room for layers underneath, if necessary. I own a big puffy long down coat for the worst of the worst weather here in Upstate NY.

Hi there! Loved this jacket and wore it for 5 days on a trip to Europe. The issue is with how it looks post washing and I followed all the instructions. All the filling balled up so there are now portions of the jacket without any insulation and it’s balled up in other places where it’s visibly off. Have never had this issue with North Face.

I use this cost to cover up my bottom and to have something over my head.

Love this jacket - so comfy and cozy.

Loved the material and how lightweight it is, but yet warm. I'm on the shorter side and this wasn't too long.

Lightweight and functional. Nice for when you need an extra layer but don't want to be bogged down with too much bulk.

The jacket is warm and very lightweight and looks great . I have three colors in this style and love the fit .

I bought this for a trip to NY in February. I was concerned that it wouldn't be warm enough because it was so lightweight, but I was wrong! Not only did it keep me warm, it also kept me very dry when it snowed! I was so impressed, and I didn't have to carry around a big bulky jacket! Definitely recommend! Love love love!

Very happy with this lightweight but warm NF coat - exactly what I was looking for. Features I especially like: hood that wraps around neck and head well, 2-way zipper, great length, packability - not bulky. The ONLY issue is that I'm between a size Sm and Med in this jacket, so I went up to a Med - a bit roomy but better than being too tight.

I originally purchased the Belleview jacket in a size S and loved it so much I bought the parka. The small was too small around my hips so I got a medium instead and I'm glad I did. I love that this stretches and it does keep me warm. Maybe not negative degree weather, but definitely when it's in the low 20's!!

Perfect! Accentuates my figure. Not bulky at all. Very warm in 20 degree weather. I'd definitely purchase again! I got the black in medium. I'm 5'6". 160 lbs.

So comfy and flattering! The black color looks more like an off black or very dark gray.

I love this coat!!! It is lightweight but warm enough in below zero temps. I'm 5'4" and usually wear 8-10 in clothes so I purchased a large which was the perfect size for me. Still fitting but not too big or small. I love the longer length but it's not too long. I would purchase again!

Great for hiking and cross country skiing.
