I use this as my daily jacket. I had an older one that got stolen. There is a quality difference. The older model had a better quality. The zipper quality isn't as good and the pocket material is sheer and. Not quite sure if it'll last as long as my old north face jacket. But I do still love it.

Its soft and comfy and keeps me warm but the sizing isnt great

I love this jacket so much, this is my 3rd one! The only thing I don't like is the sleeve length. Please make them longer since they cinch at the wrists. Please have more color options for plus sizes and please bring back the beautiful teal color you had years ago.

I really like this jacket. I use it just about every day at work because the building I work in gets really cold. The jacket is really nice, I love how soft it is and all the pockets it has. I'm not very fond of the sleeve opening around the wrist. It's almost like it's fitted so it can be a bit tight/ uncomfortable at times. The jacket has also shed quite a bit since I purchased it. I only notice the fuzz on my or my husbands seatbelts in our cars. I'm not sure if it's because the seat belt rubs up against the jacket and that what's causing it to shed but it can be a bit much at times.

Nice fitting

It's great. The only thing is that it's definitely fitted so if you're looking for a more relaxed fit size up.

Im in between sizes so anywhere from XL-1X fits good. I bought this a size too big and it's warm and does what it's supposed to do. I do feel like it's too long on the back.

I love the texture of the material to this zip up jacket. It feels so soft and will keep you really warm.

Comfortable but sleeves are a bit short

I love the comfort of the jacket. I don't like how much lint it leaves on my clothes.

Nice and cozy. It does shed fuzz. Easy to wash and dries quickly. Hopefully washing will take care of the shedding.

This jacket is not quite the quality that I thought it would be. I thought it would be just a little bit heavier. I do like the jacket though. It is comfortable and easy to wear.

I did not like the texture

Not really what I wanted but I'm keeping it. The fit is true to size.

Very soft! Arms are a little tight and short.

Runs smaller size up I'm normally a XL have to size up to XXL.

Fit well, roomy and comfortable. Not happy about how the material on the inside of the jacket left lots of little fuzz on my clothing, my last one did not do that??

Too short

I love it but it is a little snug. I can not wear it with a sweater underneath. I can wear it with a thin shirt only. I ordered a 3x and it fits like an XL.

Sleeves are a little short. I'm only 5'6 and if I raised my arms, they come way above my watch.

So soft and cozy. In my opinion, the color was darker in person. I had to return it because, for the plus size cut, the sleeves are much shorter than the regular cut (I tried a regular cut XXL and it was too tight but the sleeves were a normal length). On the 2XL, the sleeves were so short, that they did not come down to my wrists when I bent my arm. I am 5'6" and have never had an issues with sleeve length. But overall, it is really pretty and the fabric is warm and lovely.

Product is very fashionable and gets compliments anytime I wear it out

The sleeves are short, it's not appealing. Leaves room for cold air to creep into. I later purchased gloves to hide the highwater sleeves, that did not work. The elastic on the wrist part is not good, the hole is very wide and loose looking tacky. I wanted to live this jacket. Not the case here.

Super warm but runs small. Arms short and just overall a bad fit (and I have short arms in general). Returning online is always a hassle so I just gave it to my sister.
