I purchased this shoe for my husband. The low rating is not about the shoe, but rather the presentation of the product upon receipt of the shipment. This item is normally well packaged with cardboard inserts, paper and plastic sleeves for each shoe. What we received was a heavily damaged box that was placed into an Amazon box. The shoe appeared to have been previously worn and the "bonus" was someone's tee shirt included inside the shoe box. All in all, not the standard that Zappos has shown with past orders.

Slipper quality is fine, but size is inaccurate. Size 12 in a prior Vionic product (slip on sneaker) was perfect. The Gustavo Slipper size 12 is much too big.
