Very comfortable and stylish.

These are really cute but they're hard to walk in. Very stiff.

Love the look of the shoe - beautiful bronze color and raffia sides. A great go to neutral. Also a great heel height. However the sandal is very stiff and hard so quickly gets uncomfortable while walking. A little cushioning would've really helped.

I have now purchased this shoe 3x, and I can say consistently they disappoint! First pair, shoes were two different sizes and rather than the c/s (Christine#7307) doing anything to correct, she told me I would have to use my time and gas to return their defect and I would have to repurchase. FYI; each of the 3x I had to purchase I got the 2day shipping, and not 1x did they come in less than 7 days, FALSE ADVERTISING! I also, begged to speak to anyone other than rep #7307 and she refused, but promised I'd get a call back. LIE!!!! Call back never happened. Bottom line, c/s is horrendous do not buy from this site unless you are into being lied to. The sizes are all wrong, and if you can get a pair with both shoes being the same size, you then have to figure out what size will fit because one being small and one being big, makes knowing which was suppose to be the right size for what you ordered difficult. This coupled with a company that has horrific c/s and no return pickup, you will spend a ton of time and money getting these shoes, that in the end are okay, but a month later who cares!!!! Each of the 3x that I bought these I did so before they have even done the 1st refund, and since 2 day delivery was 7 days and counting meant over 21 days....still not refunded. I will say they charged twice on the 3rd pair making me have over a 1k tied up in their defective shoes. I did finally get an email with a 20% discount, (IF $ were the offense, that could have made it somewhat better) but the real grievance was the treatment from Christine#7307, I wanted the supervisor to listen to the recording and then address the mess, no personal contact was ever even attempted by SW. The shoe is going to be on sale everywhere soon with clearance prices due to the sizing causing such a hot mess..... Lastly, I will say Cybil c/s rep was nice, but the company policies (not shipping as promised, or refunding timely, and no pickups even when it's 100% defective) made that not memorable.
