Bought these on sale at a very good price. Unfortunately, they are the only item of being clothing I have ever purchased that actually shrank after I washed and dried it. In addition, the inseam length of 30 inches, even for a jogger,is too short. I ended up donating them.

As long as Bean insists on plastering their name on everything they sell, I will not be buying. The picture of the "jogger" pants with LL Bean across the front is disgusting. A purchaser should charge for advertising. This isn't branding, what it is is ugly.

Seemed like a really nice pair of sweats, at a great price. Until I washed them.
Wouldn't have been so bad if I had a 10 year old son to pass them on to. But nope, either good for cut-offs or polishing the car now.
Never saw a pair of pants shrink to that extent.

Not thrilled. Even though I ordered the size I always do, after washing they have shrunk uncomfortably in length.

I'm 5'8" I've been wearing pants with 30" inseam for 20+ years. These were slightly short out of the box, but comfy. I told myself not to machine dry them or they'd shrink. Well I forgot they were in a load of wash, dried them once on low and they shrunk to a 28" inseam. Too short now I cant wear them. I guess I'll give them to my wife.

Very disappointed, extremely thin and light. Out right cheap. This is what I would expect from a cheap department store. What has happened to llbean?

I like the thickness of the joggers but not the overall fit. I'm 5'2" so a listed length of 30" (I usually take a 28" length) would be a cozy length for the winter months. I have washed these joggers twice following washing instructions and they have shrunk both times. The overall fit is tighter and the length is now above my ankles! I'm really disappointed as I wanted a heavier weight for winter months.

I bought this sweatpant in an X-Large, my usual size. Way too small in waist and crotch. Returned it for a xxl , and even though it fit better it shrunk in length and slightly in the waist. Whoever is making these for LL Bean is not holding up the LL Bean brand and reputation. I am a long time customer and this is the first negative review I've given.

Not totally disappointed with these, as they're wearable and ok comfort-wise, but they're just not the quality and value that one typically expects from LLB.
I originally ordered size L, as another reviewer claimed that her similarly-sized husband (6 ft, 240 lbs) ordered an XL and they "swam" on him. Not these -- the.L was WAY too tight and fit more like a jean than loose like I prefer my sweats. Maybe they've changed the sizing??
So returned them for an XL. They're better, but still grab me in places, not the comfortable fit I'm looking for. The worst part of the fit: I ordered the longer 33" inseam, as I like my sweats to cover my ankles, but these barely do, and any moving around tends to cause the elastic cuff to creep up my shins, so I'm constantly stopping to pull them back down.
The fabric Is a little beefier than the cheaper sweats that you'll find, but at $50+, I expected a much sturdier product.
Again, they're "ok", but not LL Bean great, I wouldn't buy again.

I purchased these for my son a few years ago, and have only washed them as Activewear. He only uses them for a few weeks out of the year when he visits. He was wearing them a week ago, and I noticed that the cuffs were nearly below his knees. Evidently, this material shrinks a lot.

Item 515160 mens' sweat pants were received as a gift. They were washed twice, once before first wearing and once after per instructions on garment. Size XXL 30. After washing the inseam shrank to 25" with waist measuring 38" relaxed to 44" stretched. Fit me like a pair of capri pants. They seemed like a such nice pair of pants, too.

With just 2 washings in cold water the shrinkage is excessive. The inseam which were 32" are now only 26". The entire sweatpants have shrunk in waist and length.

After reading the reviews that warned about shrinkage, I ordered these sweatpants in a longer length than I usually wear. When they arrived, I proceeded to wash them in cold water and dried them on low heat, following the instructions.
When I took them out of the dryer and put them on, they had shrunken by two inches!
Very disappointed that the quality of this product is sub-par to LLBeans usual high standards.

Very disappointed. Ordered 34 length and they were barely a 32 length. I read on line that others had the same problem but thought I would take my chances. I am going to return,

I was really disappointed at the quality of this product. The specific issues are the drawstring not staying tight causing the pants to slip down and the bottom cuff that doesn't even come close to being tight enough to make contact with my ankles. This allows air to flow upward. I have to admit that I was really excited when I saw this item go on sale. I purchased what I presumed was the exact same product last year that was of very high quality. The item #s matched up and the country of origin was the same. Something has definitely slipped in their quality control. This is definitely being returned.

Bought 2 pair. One in November 22 and another in Feb. 23. Both shrunk from a 30"inch inseam to 27.5 inseam. Just another example of how L L Bean's quality is not what it used to be. Have been dealing with L L since 1973. Returning more items than I keep due to quality and/or sizing issues

One small fit well but the 28" inseam was 26" and order a 30" inseam, which was 28", but the second pair was much smaller then the first pair ?? The medium as too large??? Love the pants but sizes are too inconsistent. Should I try another? In all I had 4 pairs and none were true to size. I have bought other joggers from LLBean and they fit perfectly.

Unfortunately, the 2 pair of 32 in joggers were actually 27 and 28 inches long. Having long legs, I was excited to purchase them because usually women's sweats don't come in different lengths. I had to return them. Other than that they seemed to be quality sweats.
