My Husband just loves his (old) Bean sweatpants...However, these new ones are just not the same. We waited for months for the new pants to be shipped. Once they arrived, There was no way I was going to return them. They have a fake fly sewn in on the front? And they do have a draw string which is nice but over-all, my hubs just doesn't think they fit or look like the old version.

Didn't seem very durable. Champion has much higher quality ones for a lower price

They seemed to be made well but very lightweight. Not for winter days.

Nicely made, fits well. Disapointments: Very thin almost flimsy material. For a price of $50 I was expecting something more substantial like you would get in a sweatshirt. Doubt I'd buy another.

I had the original style sweat pants on back order for months and my order was canceled so I tried a pair of these newer style. They are much thinner in both material and cut. Kinda like a "skinny" jeans pair of sweats. They are soft and comfortable but with much less room then the standard style cut. The pockets or terrible as they are very shallow and you can't sit without losing the contents of your pockets. While they are not awful, I won't be buying them again.

Not like the thicker LL Bean sweats of yore. Fit is ok but I'm unlikely to wear outside for winter walks in the South. Disappointed but kept them.

Look, we love your clothes, but this pair of pants desperately needs either a snap closure or a zip on each side pocket. Otherwise, cellphones and paper money in a clip and coins keep slipping out onto the floor every time I sit down or get up. This is more than mildly irritating: it's a game-loser. Look at your micro-fleece pants that I loved and several pairs of which I bought and still wear to this day: they proudly bear zips on each pants pocket so that NOTHING SLIPS OUT AND GETS LOST. Memo to management and design: fix this or lose more sales, including mine. Cheers, Steve from Princeton NJ ***

Was dissapointed when I opened the package and took them out. They are nothing like the sweat pants I bought in the past from LL Bean. These are very lightweight and thin. I've only tried them on so far. They do fit well and look nice but I don't think they will be very warm or be near as durable. I only say I would not recommend them because of how thin they are. It depends on what you are looking for.

These sweatpants are very soft, fit well and have nice pockets. Overall very good. The problem is that from the second you open the shipping back they reek of a pungent plastic odor that takes 3-4 washes to get out. I don't know if it's from manufacturing or sitting in a warehouse too long, but at $60 a pop this shouldn't be happening.

The word , "comfort", and the word "camp" in the t name of these pants made them sound perfect for my husband. He has always worn large-tall L.L. Bean clothing for around 50 years. But he has never ordered sweatpants from LL Bean. Material in these pants was slimmer and stretchier than anything he has ever owned in sweatpants. . He wanted sweatpants that were basic, something you really would wear to camp. These seemed more urban oriented and somehow dressier if a sweatpants can be dressier. We sent them back and ordered a more traditional sweatpants from another vendor. They were thicker and a little wider and more comfortable and perfect for his needs. Maybe L.L. Bean sells something like the ones we ended up buying from somewhere else, but we couldn't find them while searching the online offerings..

I know that joggers are typically shorter than regular pants, but these are a full 3 inches shorter than the inseam you are ordering! For that reason, LL Bean needs to offer the small size in a 34 in length. Otherwise, these pants would be perfect for my teenage son.

Love the material and fit. HATE the pockets that cannot hold a cell phone. What good are pants where your phone immediately falls out as soon as you sit down? Poor design, great material.

The fit is very nice, but the material used is very similar to the flannel used in making pajamas. Way, way too thin to be called sweatpants. A more appropriate name for this product would be "lounge wear". I also have some doubts about how much this material will shrink after washing.

A bit light weight for the price; don't want to take a chance after washed. Time to restructure, or soon be L.L No Bean; Vanished.

I've been buying LLB sweats for 15 to 20 years, and it seems to me that every iteration is a lesser quality product. I was aware of a lot of changes when i purchases these new sweatpants, but i didn't realize the material was going to be so light weight and flimsy. These are 59% cotton as opposed to 91% for the old style. I will worn them on a walk on a very mild day(49), and they are not near as warm as previous style plus the front pockets aren't has deep or sturdy. These are perfectly fine for laying around the house or exercising indoors, but they are not warm enough or rugged enough for active outdoor activities.

These sweats are designed well enough but are much too light. I might have paid half the price for these at best. While I love LL Bean's products overall, these were a disappointment.

Sent back. Can't find a quality sweatpant for my very slender, very tall son. Either the waistband fits right, and the length is too short. Or, the waistband fits too loose, and the length fits correct. Plus, cannot find a quality 100% cotton sweatpant that isn't blended with polyester, or other low qualty, made, not natural fabrics.
