Lightweight. Must cover up to prevent sun exposure. Can wear these in summer and do not feel overdressed.

These sold out right away in Black. But they cam back in stock so I had to see what they were about. Awesome pants. They are super stretchy. Not too light but not too warm. Be nice for 3 seasons. They look cool too, if you are working out or even going out for the day. You could hike in these or wear to the movies or store. Pockets are nice and the zip pocket is even cooler. I like the black options Bean has been putting out. Im sure these will sell out in every color again. I ordered the 34 inseam because I am 6'1'' and don't like short pants. These were excellent.

I now own 3 of these, 2 bought on sale. They are excellent, especially for working at home when visitors may arrive. They are currently (Aug 2020) overpriced (almost $60), but perhaps they are a vanguard of inflation.

Very comfortable and great fit. Light weight so I can wear them even in the summer time. I like that they have at least one zippered pocket for security. I agree with a previous comment that it's easy to get your toe caught in the loop at the bottom when you are putting them on. But that's only if I have them cinched down and I rarely use that feature. Liked them so much that I just ordered them in another color.

I like the light weight, the way air flows easily through them, the fit,and the good price. I've not had them long enough to judge durability, but that's never been a problem for me with an LL Bean product.

These are nice pants and I love to wear them. My main reason for writing a review is to let people know that these pants are NOT breathable. They are a bit suffocating in fact. Probably better in cooler months.

I ordered these for my husband based on the reviews of other people. The pants look nice enough that he can wear them for things like going to a casual restaurant, grocery shopping, trip into Philadelphia, the doctor's etc if only it weren't Covid times. I bought them as travel pants for when we go on Civil War battle field trips. Again, if it weren't Covid times. I liked them so much that I bought myself a pair as well in a smaller size since I am a female.

I use these as sleep pants. Very comfortable and stretchy. I am sure they could be worn for pretty much any activity but I only use them to sleep in. I can't speak to their durability for other things but they are excellent sleepwear.

These pants are excellent! I got them a day ago and I enjoy them. I normally wear 38"x30" and opted for a Larger 32" because the 30" was out of stock. With the cuff elastic, the extra length was not an issue. The pants are breathable and have a great stretch. I'm looking forward to buying a pair in gray.

This purchase was a great find. These pants are comfortable and made of a perfect lightweight material. With a shirt overtop you could get away with these as casual dress pants.

Best casual pants I have ever had. You can wear them to the gym, or as casual pants all day long. They are super comfortable and super lightweight, so they are ideal for hot days when you want to keep the mosquitoes off. They are plenty long, fit nice in the waist, and even have a drawstring in the cuffs, which you do not need. The same thing for men at Lululemon costs more than twice as much.

Very comfortable, light weight pants. Excellent for hiking, but might not be durable enough if scrambling over rocks. I especially like that there are no hook&loop type pocket closures (which tend to wear out, collect lint and fibers, and damage other clothing they "grab" on to); just a snap closure on the back pocket and a handy zipper closure pocket on top of the right hand side. I also like that the pockets are not made from the open mesh type of material previous versions had, and thus seemed to wear out long before the body of the pants started to show any wear.

Great for casual wear around the house or just for running to the local store. Waist band is not tight, material is light and stretches' for a comfortable fit.

This is the most comfortable pants I have ever owned, but at almost $60 ($59.95) it seems about $10 overpriced. Buy at most one at that price, and wait for sales to buy more.

I purchased these pants for my husband as just a very casual item for everyday but they look so good and fit so well they are too nice for some of his messy activities...like gardening and fixing outboard motors!

These Multi-sport pants are the best I've ever purchased. The fit is great (length and waist) and they stretch in all the right ways. They are comfortable in cool and warmer weather and breathe very well. They are my go-to pants while teleworking during the pandemic, running errands and taking walks. My only complaint is that the 30" inseam in large are out of stock. I like them so well, I literally check the website everyday to see if they have been restocked. I ordered a 32" inseam in black and will live with the longer length--they are that good!

These are really superb outdoor trousers, suited for hiking, outdoor tasks that don't require heavy-duty clothing, and just casual use. Very lightweight, with a quick-drying, stretchable synthetic material, oh and very reasonably priced. They hold up much better than cheap sweatpants and accommodate freedom of movement better than many other trousers offered at much higher prices. A jack-of-all-trades outdoor item of apparel!

When sweat pants are too heavy, these are just right. Durable too, been odd jobbing for a couple of weeks in them, no wear.

These are the best work out and walking pants I have. I am 220 lbs and tall so I bought XL with 34in length in black. They fit and look great. The drawstring waist is very nice and the pockets work well. The material appears to be the same as the LL Bean multipart shorts I already owned and I like the way they stretch as I use them to exercise. They work well on the treadmill and for walking outside. Same good quality on all six pants and shorts I purchased and use. thx LL Bean!
