Bought for my husband. Look good for around town but also plan to use for cooler hiking days and at firepit when temps warrant more than shorts.

Very well made.Fits true to size. Zippers easy to use. Thanks for using a snap instead of a button closure on the waist.

I own several pairs of hiking pants and those include a few LLBean models no longer offered. Have wanted to buy and try Cresta's for some time and finally did. Wow! very nice. Have not yet actually hiked in them but fit is perfect...and for me the fact I can get 29 inch length is also a plus.
We are long time LLBean customers. Will buy more when budget permits.

I own two pair flannel lined and another unlined. Please make these unlined ones in black!

Bought 2 pair for my son who was traveling to South America for a 3 week hiking trip. My son is 6'4 with a 36 inch inseam so I was very excited to find that I could order the length needed. He wore these pants often over the course of the trip and said they were extremely comfortable. The fabric is light yet durable. Would definitely order more in the future.

This is the second time I've purchased the Cresta hiking pants (I bought 2 pants). They are comfortable and rugged. One difference I noted in this batch was that the legs are about an inch longer than previous pants (size 34/32). Keep them in stock; will buy again.

These pants are like lounge pants. Very comfortable. This is my second pair as i have lost weght and needed two sizes smaller. These pants run a little larger than other pants in your waist size, so if you are in between sizes, go down to a smaller size. My waist is around a size 38 and i ordered size 36 and they fit perfect.

Zip pockets, quick dry, a little stretch and light. I use them to bicycle in all the time. I do a lot of biking and these have become my go to when biking to places where skin tight spandex won't fly. They are so comfortable, don't wrinkle and look fine for work, church - whatever. I bike tour and usually take 1 pair of decent pants that can serve multiple functions. Turns out these are the lightest pair I have - another bonus.

My son likes these pants. He is 6'2" with his height in his torso not legs. 42/28 worked perfectly. Comfortable and look good, too.

In my work, I travel to refugee camps and migrant shelters around the world, usually to very remote locations, often needing to pack everything on my back. I own several pair of these Cresta hiking pants and they work perfectly for me. They pack super light, and are wrinkle free. The multiple zippered pockets allow me to carry passport, cash, wallet and cell phone comfortably and without any worries. For cold weather, I pair them with a dry-fit base layer and they keep me plenty warm. In the heat, they breathe well. Rain rolls right off of them. And they clean up easy. Over the last several weeks I have traveled from the equator in Indonesia and then to Ukraine at the beginning of winter. Three pair of these were the only pants I needed. Oh, and by the way, I use them for all my hikes as well. Perfect solution, well worth the investment.

My husband has the same pants with the zip off leg which he really likes so he decided to give these a try. He loves them and I like them because he can wear them everyday if he wants to because they don't look like hiking pants.

I bought three pairs of these pants for a hiking trip a few years ago, and wear them for outdoor activities in all seasons now. They are not wearing out, but I want to be sure I always have my favorite colors available. Always tidy-looking, and very comfortable.

Excellent fit and very comfortable when hiking. These pants are lightweight but will block a cold breeze while hiking in the woods.

I own 4 pairs of these pants and three pairs of the lined version outstanding product especially for hiking and most other outdoor activities.. They have enough room to wear a light wool base layer anbe good down into the l'uppercu twenties. You can put them in your pack and they hardly wrinkle and come out of the dryer ready to wear.
