Lightweight, versatile, and comfortable, these pants were perfect for hiking in Yellowstone, Tetons, and Rocky Mt National parks during the last week of May and first week of June.

These pants are very comfortable and have enough pockets so I don't have to use the back pockets. My wife likes the way they look, always an important thing. I can wear them in place of jeans during the summer.

Great fit, wonderfully comfortable, excellent utility yet also looks good for semi-dress-up. Favorite pant! I ordered slightly larger for best fit.

These pants are very light weight, dry super fast, and never wear out. I still have several pairs that are at least 15 years old that I still wear regularly.

Excellent fit. Very light weight. Rugged material and construction. Zippered rear pockets are a plus.

I'm retired and these pants are great all around daily wear; easy care material; comfortable in temps from 40 to 90+ degrees.

These pants are great. Lightweight and comfortable. I really like the "cargo" pockets cuz they are inside and not baggy. One drawback is the stitching outlining the pockets. It's just for show and not attractive.

I like the fit, the light weight, the stretchiness, and the fact that since they are nylon, they will dry quickly. I like to wear cotton in hot weather, so we'll see how it goes. They are working well for riding a bicycle in cool weather.

I had a surgical procedure done and haven't been able to wear anything but sweatpants for about 2 1/2 years now . I tried many versions of pants through LLBean and had to send them back . But , finally found some ( cresta hiker pants " that actually fit me . And look good , casual or a more formal occasion . I'm an avid hiker with a border collie/ blue healer mix . We've been hiking for 8 years in northern Michigan . I've been a LLBean customer since the 1990's . These are the most comfortable hiking and every day pants I've ever worn .

Very light weight. Easy to pack. Comfortable with useful zippered pockets.

Fit perfectly, look good. Light weight, wore in light rain, did well. Will buy another pair at some point.

These are excellent for spring, summer and fall travel. Be careful not to get the very similar Men's Water-Resistant Cresta Hiking Five-Pocket Pants, Standard Fit, Straight Leg. You will not be happy.

Beautifully made with wonderful fabric. Good for church or church yard clean-up afterwards.

These pants fit my lifestyle. Wash, dry (low), wear. Love the color(dark green) and fit. I will buy additional colors.

Well fitting, moves well, very comfortable. Roomy and lightweight for various activities; easy to layer baselayers underneath.

Sizes tend to run large, but got it figured out. Good zippers on pockets where needed.

These Cargo pants have everything. The two cargo pockets have zippers and lie flat when empty. The two back pockets also have zippers and are deep enough to not need them, but I use them for extra peace of mind. The front fastener is a snap, not a button which could fall off. I love these things. I'm barely tall enough (5'7") for their shortest inseam - 29". LL Bean doesn't disappoint.

The quality is excellent, casual but not dressy. I sent these back and ordered a different style.

This still for sale Cresta is the best. The new versions and other hiking pants from Bean are inferior. These last and fit well plus two back pockets that zip are essential. These are the only ones I would buy. Just bought two more and my old pair that's 5 years old is in great shape.

Your hiking pants are great and very comfortable to wear. I tell all my friends about them.
