Very comfortable. True to size. Stretchy material looks good on and off the trail.

Good fit except for pant length which seems very long

I will use these pants when travelling. Because they are made of nylon, I expect that I will be able to wash them out in a hotel room and they will dry quickly. My only complaint is that I think they are cut a bit large for "standard fit." I have purchased four or five standard fit pants from Bean and these are somewhat larger.

Nice lightweight cargo pants for wearing at the gym.

Great overall. But a little tight in the seat. Primarily use them for travel, and they are super comfortable.

Although these are men's pants, they were bought by me, a woman , because the pants you carry for women do not have pockets worthy of holding anything safely. I am fortunate that I can wear men's.

I've come to love these pants. I wear them or the lined version year round when I need long pants. Cooler and more flexible than jeans. Thinner but wind resistant for cool weather. Lined version are great for cool to cold North Texas with wind resistant benefit. Stand up to washing very well. I recommend.

I bought a pair a few years ago and of all the pants of this type that I have, these are by far the best. The only flaw is the depth of the front pockets. I had to send them to a seamstress to get an extension. I am just now ordering a new pair and will see if this has been corrected.

I like everything about these pants except for the length. A 34" length usually fits me pretty well but these pants are too long. They puddle up around my ankles.

I bought two pants for African hiking, expecting hot, sweaty conditions. The wicking function performed as advertised, drying quickly on sweaty me and after being washed. From lightness and breathability standpoints in the heat, they were as comfortable as I can imagine for long pants. After about five wears each, I see no durability issues, but that would be expected at a minimum. I expect these will become my "everyday" pants at home, but I have not yet tested their warmth on windy days in the low 40s or colder. If LL Bean allows review updates, I will. They may run minimally larger than comparable waist and inseam measurements of other brands.

Style has changed so the new style does not fit me well. I have 5 pairs of the previous style but this new style will not be number 6.

The pants fit and are a good weight. The pockets are ample but discreet.

Purchased these pants for my hubby for our trip to Europe in fall 2019. The fit is good, comfortable and works well for hiking and also all around touring. With a nicer shirt, the pants were dressed up. With a t-shirt, perfect for hiking. Over the years, they have held up well, wash well and still look awesome. Ordered a new pair for him for Christmas for our next overseas trip. I recommend these pants.

We live in Florida and like the light weight fabric. I have a pair in woman's and gave these in men's to my son. They fit him well, and he is quite pleased with the gift. Don't change a thing!

I originally ordered the classic fit but they were too baggy. The standard fit are much better though I would like more rise in a hiking pant for freedom of movement.The gusseted crotch does address some of this. The pockets on these pants are awesome- deep, solid, pocket bags with plenty of zippers. (Too many hiking pants use mesh pocket bags which are useless) More belt loops or an integrated web belt would improve these. They seem well constructed and hopefully they will last.

Love these pants. Lightweight and perfect for my husband and son in law. My husband has four pairs because he loves them so much and my son in law has started his collection and now has two pair. The second pair we bought the same size as the first and they were much larger. We called ll bean and they exchanged for another pair- for some reason that lot was off size and they handled the exchange efficiently and great customer service. Thank you

Ok. I thought I ordered a 36x30 but the pants were labeled 36x34. Not good. But I wasnt about to return them. I brought the pants to a tailor on Commonwealth, and asked her to hem them to make them 30s. She measured them. They measured 30. I tried them on and they fit like the older exact same model I showed her. Exactly. We looked again. Yup. 36x30. I guess I just got lucky. Are others mismatched? Im happy with them. Plus I got 10% off list.

Very satisfied. I don't remember if this particular pant used to come with the clip inside the pocket (great for securing car keys), but that would have been a nice to have.

Why do you so many manufacturers seem to assume everyone is overweight? The waist is perfect, the inseam is perfect the legs are waaayyyy too baggy. How about a slim athletic fit in a hiking pant? Ugh.

Great pants, I own about 5 pair now. Very comfortable with a great fit. I would own more but they are little pricy.
