Ok. I thought I ordered a 36x30 but the pants were labeled 36x34. Not good. But I wasn't about to return them. I brought the pants to a tailor on Commonwealth, and asked her to hem them to make them 30s. She measured them. They measured 30. I tried them on and they fit like the older exact same model I showed her. Exactly. We looked again. Yup. 36x30. I guess I just got lucky. Are others mismatched? I'm happy with them. Plus I got 10% off list.

Pants are warm in below freezing temperatures. The fit was good-- I normally have issues with the leg length. Looking forward to good service from them!

Great pants, I own about 5 pair now. Very comfortable with a great fit. I would own more but they are little pricy.

Great fit and very comfortable to hike in. While not waterproof, they do shed a consistent heavy misting nicely.

Great light weight plants for traveling. If you like to travel light and keep your phones, wallets, cash and passports secure with out the risk of forgetting a travel backpack or fanning pack, these pants are great. Lot's of well located pockets with zippers. The material is light and cool. Great for slight profile in your suitcase. Size is true. I got a 36, I would have preferred a 35 (my best waist size for full cut fit), but this works and I can still get by without a belt.

I really like the material in these, pants. It is water repellent and the stretch makes them comfortable to wear all day long. I like the idea of zippered rear pockets, but find they snag when opening and closing the zippers.

Usual LL. Bean high quality product. Have ordered many over the years and have never been disappointed. I am 6-4 tall and have difficulty finding any pants longer than 34". But LL Bean offers 34 x 36, perfect for me. As usual the telephone order person is friendly and cheerful adding a little bling to my day.

Ordered a 32 waist 29 length (5'7" and 135 lbs) and it was a perfect fit. Very comfortable and light weight.

These were bought as a birthday gift to my husband and he likes them. We wash them and hang to dry. They are light weight and dry quickly.

I bought 2 pairs for an overseas vacation that included walking tours of cities, hiking in a rainy climate, and day trips in small open boats. The pants were comfortable in all of these settings and also on our various flights. They shed light rain and salt spray with ease, and mud from the hiking trails was easy to spot clean. In terms of fit, these pants run a bit loose at the waist and long in the leg, and I was glad that I was able to try them on in a store. Overall, these pants were great for both travel and a variety of outdoor activities.

The fit was perfect and I really appreciated being able to order by a specific size (35/34). Water repellency was excellent. I had ordered two pair and these have become my top choice for travel and hiking. I paired these pants and button-down plaid shirts in the evening for a nicer look than technical shirts would afford. I toured Ireland wearing these in late-September weather and hands down one of the wisest purchases I have ever made for travel wear.

These pants are my go to all round activity pants, whether hiking, sailing or traveling. They are comfortable, look smart, are functional, and easy to care for in all the activities in which I'm engaged. Lastly, they are lightweight and pack wonderfully.
