Very high quality boot and TTS. However, it gets really narrow and pointy at the top, which doesnt work for my feet

Love these boots! I'm so happy with the Faye boots. I bought them after being very satisfied with the Carmela and being unable to find those, so I chose the Faye, and was not disappointed. They are so comfortable, and they look amazing with jeans and slacks. My only problems: Zappos did not have them in black in my size, so I hope to get those eventually; and they are a bit skinny at the top of the shaft. It's hard to zip them all the way. Other than that, I'm very happy, and I told my mother she'd better hurry up and get a pair!

Comfy! I'm keeping these shoes because they're comfortable and fairly nice looking. I wouldn't say they're stylish, but I could probably wear these to work and maybe out in NYC if it were snowing. They are expensive for a frumpy-ish shoe, but I'm hoping the price is in the quality. The inside is nicely lined in soft comfy material and the sole is very flexible. It is a tad narrow. I wear a size 4.5 and have an 8" long foot. The inside of the size 5 of this boot is about 9" long but with socks it fits me fairly well (still a bit big, but since the boot is narrow it hugs my foot comfortably). Oh and I don't think there is much arch support. But I ordered these at 9pm and got them the next day! Thank you Zappos!

Great boot - Shoe felt great on my foot as soon as I put it on. Felt snug, but comfortable on my ankle-I have a medium ankle. Felt great the more I walked in them. Shipping was fast too.

Kept Me Dry & Warm! I bought these shoes to wear during rainy days watching football in Oregon. The first time I wore them during a light rain in San Francisco, I had to walk a mile and a half and the shoes gave me a slight pain on the top of my foot but my feet were warm. I wore them the second time during a four hour steady rain in Oregon and the pain on the top of my foot had subsided (stretched out I guess). The shoes kept my feet warm and pretty dry. I then had to walk 2 miles in them and they held up very well. When I got home my feet throbbed a little - not sure if these boots were meant for a lot of walking but to be fair I had been standing all day. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with my purchase.

A great casual boot - This boot is well constructed and very attractive. The lining is very warm and the wedge heel adds style and comfort. The zipper could use some elastic for stretch which would give this boot added comfort and bring the rating up to a 5 all-around!

Faye boot review--La Canadienne brand - I love everything about this boot, except it is a tad narrow for my foot.

Comfy, practical and stylin' This is a very comfortable boot straight out of the box. My only complaints would be that the suede scuffs easily (I guess that's just the nature of suede) and that they are only guaranteed to be waterproof for 6 months from date of purchase.

Mostly good - The shoe is beautiful and comfortable. The top of the boot is a bit too narrow and somewhat uncomfortable when the zipper is completely pulled up. When I leave the zipper down - about 1/2 an inch, the boot fits perfectly. Since I wear them under slacks, no one even notices. I suggest trying them on somewhere before ordering them in case the narrow top is too bothersome to you.

I think the last is too long for my foot----it was hard to walk naturally in this boot, which I loved, otherwise.
