Great fit. Hard to find curvy fit that does not gap in waist. Stretch in fabric also makes these super comfortable. Side pockets cut not to gap like traditional chinos. My new favorite shorts.

I bought these as a replacement for the Ainsley shorts that I love. They appear to be different in two ways: the cut in the hip seems a little smallerbut perhaps my old shorts just have more give. But a certain difference is that they have a cut at the side of the leg at the hem. Not a big detail, but in combination with the tightness it looked weird. Love Jag, great quality, hoping Ainsley comes back.

Love my pull up shorts! The fabric is soft and I love the colors. I live in Florida so I wear shorts daily and Jag jeans make a great shirt that look great after day after day. The waist top is incredibly comfortable and feels like my favorite yoga pant

These are my go to shorts. Have them in lots of colors. Just long enough but not too long. Sizing does seem to vary. One size 4 might be tighter than another. The denim striped ones were huge and had to go down a size and they are still big.

They were comfortable and wide leg. I purchased 2 pair.

I love these shorts. Perfect length and fit for me. They allow me to gain or lose a few lbs and still fit great. They wash and wear well and since I have several other jag brand shorts and pants; I know they hold up well. It's a classic.

These are the best shorts ever. The fit is perfect. If you wear a size 10 order an 8. They run big.

I have been buying the Jag Jeans pull on shorts for several years now. They have a great fit and I love that there is no zipper - a very smooth look. I have these shorts in every color they make and I like the 8" length. I am 5'5", 123 lbs and normally wear a size 6 pants, but I wear a size 4 in these shorts. I highly recommend that you give them a try!

I found the Maddie 8" shorts in a store in a neighboring town. Really liked the fit and style, so bought the only color in stock, dark olive. It was good to find a pair of shorts that actually fit and looked good; it is always a challenge due to athletic build and small hips. .Fabric and construction are high-quality, the innovative waist band fits and flatters. Bought another pair online in a different color, also.

Tried on a pair at a retail outletloved the fitmaterial and price so I went n line and bought three more pairs

I bought the brick color and have to say they go with practically everything in my closet. The 8" short is perfect and the elastic waist is comfortable. I'm 5'5 and I'd say these are a great length. I just came back to order in more colors because I like them so much.

Got my shorts in today and while I like fit in waist and bottom the legs are entirely too flared. They are like a wide leg blue jean. The pictures on the site were totally misleading because they looked more form fitting to the legs. Sending both pair back.

Wash well! Wear well! Super comfy and just the right length! Dress them or dress them down! They dont stretch out by the end of the day! I now own 4 pair!

The most comfortable shorts I own! This is the second pair I have bought. I only wish they made more colors.. High quality fabric, stitching, details, consistent fit. I say the same about their awesome jeans!

I love these shorts but every year I hope that you will put REAL PATCH POCKETS on the back. I need a place for my phone on dog walks!! Pretty please?

I am returning exchanging this years 8 inch Maddie shorts because the size 8 is an actual size 6. You should do away with the little kick pleat on the side of each leg. It adds nothing and is absurd. I have many pairs of khaki shorts by JAG, as well as denim jeans and crops. I keep most and if I am done with them, I cut them off, hem them and wear them some more. I keep coming back to JAG. But, looking at the JAG denims and chinos that I have, I realize the older ones are better made, and fit better. Sizing always seemed to be all over the place. Please keep upgrading the fabric to the grades of fabrics of the past. JAG is still a good product, but it was, truly, excellent and could be again.

so I love Jag and these are really sharp looking shorts. I ordered my usual size 16 and they were just a little too snug to keep. Fearful that they would shrink in the dryer I sent the back

Comfortable shorts but the front pockets won't hold a phone safely and the back pockets are just for show.

They are really very nice shorts great color and that hard to find perfect length.

I want to keep these so much! I’m so disappointed though! One leg is about an inch shorter and if it wasn’t noticeable, I’d keep them because they are so flattering and comfortable. True to size and otherwise good quality.

These would have been fine for work but the back pockets are fake! Why??

I've worn Jag shorts for over 10 years. They are my favorite! However this last pair the fabric seems different and wrinkles badly. I've always loved that these short La don't have to be ironed and can be worn right out of the dryer. Not these. I would have returned them if I'd known washing and drying them would not help. I'm bummed!
