I ordered BeanFlex jeans in the skinny and straight styles size 6P (according to my measurements). I love the fabric stretch and the charcoal color looks great with everything. The waistband is on the higher side, but does sit at my natural waist. My only issue is that the straight length was a 1/2 inch too short. I washed them, tried them on again and ended up ordering a 6 Regular. Those need to be hemmed an inch shorter, but they do cover my socks.

I liked the first pair so much that I was willing to wait for months to get another pair; unfortunately the second pair was at least a size too small despite being marked the same as the first pair so I had to return the second pair. I'd still like to have another pair, but now I'm concerned that the same thing might happen again. Why aren't the sizes standardized?

I ordered these jeans because I really liked the first pair I got last winter. To my surprise the ones I received recently were quite snug, clearly a different size, tho labeled the same. I am keeping them because I like the new concept. Still fine quality and a good look. Love the stretchy fabric.

My everyday jeans. I did have to size up this time, even though my measurements have not changed, but best to get whatever size fits the nicest. Minimal shrinkage at first wash, great weight for year 'round wear.

Order the next size up because these run small. I am a size 6 normally (and that is sometimes a bit loose) but these fit snuggly at the waist. They are stretchy. I haven't worn them enough to know if the tencel fibers make a difference.

I am 5' 3 and 137 lbs. I purchased a size 10 . The length is good. The waist could be another inch wider because I don't like tight fitting jeans. The next size would have been too large.

These are very comfortable, but the waist is a bit loose on me. (133lbs, 5'4")

Great jeans but Size runs smaller than previously.

I was fortunate to find these jeans in my local LL Bean store, because if I'd bought through the catalog, I'd have ordered my usual size and they would never have fit. Luckily, the store only had the larger size which I ordinarily wouldn't have tried, and it turned out to be perfect. With the flex fabric, these jeans are very comfortable for all-day wear. They're slightly longer than I'd like, but not enough that I'll bother having them shortened.

The jeans are certainly well made. I do wish I could find something with a little less stretch but that is next to impossible these days. Sizing was a puzzle to me but I did manage to get the right size for me. Some would suggest that I went into a 12 even but I don't think I'd be comfortable in a 12. Although my waste is a 34 which on the size chart suggests a size 16 my hips are at 41.5 which is closer to a 12. I went with the 14. They fit near perfect on my body. The waist band actually sits right across my navel. That area of my body measures 38 and when I measure the waist band on the pants it is 37. With the stretch of these jeans, I am quite comfortable in them. They are a little more roomy in the groin area than a younger wearer would care to have them, however for me they are comfortable and not sloppy so do well. Had I went with the 12 they'd be too tight across the waist band. I think I am going to wear these jeans a lot and possibly even buy a second pair.

I like the softness of these jeans, but I did not know they would be a little tighter in the waist. I bought two pairs- the sienna and the olive green. I pal to keep both pair. With the flex feature, they will stretch enough to be more comfortable. Next time, I will order the classic fit.

These are really nice and fit very well (no gap at the back waist!) but they are high rise on me, definitely not "sits lower on waist." When I sit the front of the waist is over my ribs and uncomfortable. I am very short waisted, though, so if you like high waisted, these would be a great choice.

These jeans fit well but I couldn't wear them in temperatures over 65 as the stretch material makes them very hot and uncomfortable. Fine for winter not for summery temps

I ordered these jeans in size 8 but it was backlogged so I expected to receive them in June. I was surprised to get them early. I didn't realize until later that I'd been sent size 10 because I didn't try them on right away. I didn't send them back because I assumed it was too late. They seem like nice jeans just too baggy on me.

I tried these jeans in size 16 per sizing chart and they run a little big and baggy. I usually wear a 12-14 in most jeans I buy but I measured and followed chart guidelines. These jeans are not as soft as my less expensive jeans I usually purchase. I will wash them a few times and see if they shrink a little to fit better. A 14 may have fit me better. Quality of jeans appears good but wearing them over time reveals the truth on that score. I rate these jeans as just average, okay but not great for me. I probably won't purchase again since they're about twice the price I normally pay for jeans and less comfortable on me.

They fit well and were of great quality.

I'm close to really liking these jeans, but I'm not quite there. At 5'9", according to the size chart, I should be in a Medium Tall. I do like the length fine, but the waist is too high. It doesn't look like the photos - just a little too high to be cool. I am going to keep them because they are very comfortable and aren't so high-waisted that it's embarrassing, but these will not be my going-out jeans. They are very comfy with a nice degree of stretch. These size 12 turn out to be just a tiny bit too big, but since they're almost perfect I think a 10 would be too small. They're comfy and I like them, but not giving 5 stars since the waist line doesn't match the photos.

Leg length too long. Will have to return it. Otherwise I do like the fabric. Got my husband the men's version and it looks good on him.

I tried these jeans on as soon as they arrived in the mail. The fit was good so I laundered them following the instructions on the label. When they came out of the laundry they had horizontal stripes of light and dark color across the front. I would have returned them, but I'm hoping these stripes will fade with time. Also, I really needed a pair of jeans that fit. The photo doesn't show it too well, but it's quite distinct.

I bought a pair of these in Rinsed, and loved the fit so much I ordered another pair, same color, and a third pair, in Black, same sizes all. The black pair was at least one size smaller in fit. Had to return. I was required to indicate whether I would recommend these to a friend. Yes, with the above caveat.

Fits well, is comfortable and makes me happy!

I prefer a slim leg, but it is not available in medium weight jeans.

I was looking for a jean that i didn't have to wear a belt with. So many of the modern fit just start falling down after awhile without a belt. These sit in the right spot. I purchased the skinny jean in Stonewashed and the straight jean in bright indigo. Did not like this color; no variation, no "jean" look. Also, seems almost too soft. I am returning and getting the same in stonewashed.

I like the jeans and plan to keep them...the leg is fuller than the photo in the ad. I was looking for straight, but not skinny but these are a bit bigger than I wanted. Material is soft and comfortable. The color is as stated/shown.

Although these jeans were soft and very comfortable, I personally prefer the fit and appearance of the boyfriend jean with the slightly lower waist.
