Nice color. They did fit a little more snug than they usually do but they do stretch

Jeans are on the ok list for me. Needed new as loosing weight the other purchased jeans a few years ago needed to be replaced. These are not really straight and a bit tight in the knee. Also wish Bean would have different length options for the "plus" women. I need 31, have to purchase 20W then take to tailor to be taken in. Jeans I really want only go up to size18 and run very small. Bean sizing these days is not consistent. I wish Bean would bring back 1912 Boyfriend Jeans Straight Leg Favorite Fit Women's Regular.

Fit just at the waist is just right. Though I wish it were a little relaxed at the hip and thighs. The previous jeans I bought was called "Favorite Fit" they do not make anymore - sigh! But I will buy a couple more pairs as I am sure these will go away too.

The spandex is too much. It's like wearing a girdle.

I actually was very pleasantly surprised by this jeans. I ordered the darkest blue and one size larger than I normally wear [normal is sz 14, ordered 16]. Fit was nearly perfect every where but waist which is higher than I normally like and a bit snug. The jeans have some nice stretch to them so I'll keep and wash on cold and hang to dry. Material for stretch denim is hands down the best I've ever bought and the color is superb. Very very pleased with these. For reference I ordered the med-tall as my inseam is 31" they're perfect length (right out of the box). I'll update after several washes. Good job on these jeans LLBean.

I took the advice of other reviews and ordered a size up. Fits fine size wise, however since I have a short waist it was fitting higher at waist and uncomfortable . Have to return sadly. I would order a size up for sure if getting these jeans. It really isn't true to my size 2, but when asked how it fit in the review, I said true to size. I wasn't given the option of saying I ordered up a size.

Nice jeans other than tight waist as many reviewers have said. I'm 5'6" weigh 128 and got size 8 tall

I have two pair of these jeans in a size 8 and really like them. They are so comfortable. I decided to order another pair. I ordered size 8 again and they were so tight in the legs, I had to exchange them for a size 10. The size 10 don't fit as nicely as the original size 8 but they fit in the legs so I decided to keep them.

Because other reviewers indicated these ran quite small, I ordered one pair in my regular size, and one pair one size up. The pair one size up fit well, so I would suggest ordering one size larger than your usual size for this item. They have a good bit of stretch also.

This style is a great fit for me, but I had wanted to purchase it in Black, and apparently you no longer offer it. I slipped on black ice last winter and still wear my black jeans, with the repaired hole in the knee, but I so very much wanted another black pair. Please offer it again. I can't be your only customer who considers her black jeans appropriate for dressing up a bit! Size 10 regular I'm 54 and weigh 142 lbs

The jeans fit well BUT I sure wish the Women's came in different lengths!!! I HATE having to shorten them! The regular sizes come in different lengths, why not these?!

I looked on the sizing chart and a size 16 was recommended. All of my size 14 jeans are my "fat day pants", so I ordered the 14. Well, the sizing chart is spot on so I had to send them back. The reason I didn't reorder in the larger size was that the color was darker than pictured and I have a couple pair of jeans in the same shade. As for quality, I would have had no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these to anyone with a strong enough sense of humility to order a size larger than usual. BTW, I have other Bean jeans in a 14 that fit. Guess this particular style makes a difference. I only dropped off the star because of the color.

Decent fit through my hips and thighs. The light stretch helps. I'm short-waisted so I always have difficulty finding jeans that fit comfortably while wearing a belt. These jeans are OK in that regard. I've purchased this style before. I got a good three years of wear from them before they started showing signs of wear.

Theses are true to size and the length is good. Washed once and no shrinkage so far.

Owned a pair of these jeans & loved them. Ordered a second pair, copying info of pocket of original pair to make sure I was getting the same jeans. New jeans were a full two inches smaller in the waist. Exchanged for a size up & the fit was good. Run small.

I find it difficult to get decent jeans. These are good jeans, fit well. On the expensive side.

Great jeans, love the stretch, very comfortable; I'm 5'9" and bought the Medium Tall length and this is perfect. Will probably buy another pair in the darker blue color. The only negative is that the waist band has a tendency to roll if you aren't wearing a belt and this is very annoying.

I inadvertently ordered 2 pair of these jeans instead of my usual boot-cut style. While they are OK, I'm not a fan of the new material and fit. I ordered the same size that I ordered several years ago and, luckily, I had lost a few pounds so they fit OK but I prefer a little bit of wiggle room. Change is inevitable but I miss the old jeans/fit.

Very comfortable, nice stretch and not too heavy. Only downside is the zipper does not work smoothly. Wish the quality of zipper would match the jeans.

These are my favorite jeans in my favorite color. I like the look, the fit, the feel.

I wanted to love these jeans but they were just too tight in the waist. I am always the same size in Bean jeans. My biggest complaint is I wish LL Bean would stop discontinuing styles. I wanted to order a certain style that I got a couple years back. I actually called customer service ( always very helpful and friendly) and she recommended the new style that would be comparable. Love their jeans but this style just seemed to be tighter. Had to send back but in the future will continue to order hoping the fit works for me.

The jeans are the stonewashed color and it takes multiple washings to get a chemical smell out of the fabric. I like the way they look but the odor makes me not want to pick this color in the future.

I'm so happy I found these! The waist is a little higher than I'm used to, but with the stretch, they feel great! I like the fit through the hips/thighs - not too tight, not too baggy. The denim is really nice, for being a blend- feels substantial and well made. The front pockets aren't huge, but they are pretty reasonable for women's jeans. And the length is great. I've been struggling to find something that's not cropped or ankle length. Like others, I had to order a size larger than what I wear in other brands (I usually fit size 2, I wear size 4 in these). Great jeans! Will definitely go back to LL Bean in the future for jeans/pants.

These are very well-made jeans. However, they certainly are not a true petite. I am 5 feet tall and these jeans are at least 4 inches longer than any other petite jeans I own. Thus, it will be necessary for me to have them shortened before I can wear them. Also, something I have noticed about L.L. Bean's jeans and pants in general is that I always need to order a size larger than I wear in any other brands. I wear a 16 Petite normally, but I have learned that I must order an 18 Petite here unless I want them to be too tight in the waist and hips. This is why I do not order often from L.L. Bean.

I was looking to replace a pair of LLjeans that were a perfect fit. These r close but don't fit as well as the old ones. Grateful they are close though!
