I am 5'5", 124 lbs - bought a size 8. The waist band has very little stretch & are hard to pull up. The ankle elastic is really tight; more like leggings. Between those 2 points the jeans are loose on me. A person with heavier legs might wear them better. Also, the light blue is not as light as I'd hoped.

These jeans were very uncomfortable. The ankles were so tight that it was very difficult to get them off and I have very thin ankles and small feet. For a pull on I prefer a wider waist. I did like the material , it is substantial. I am debating on having a split made into the jeans at the ankle. I purchased a size 8 petite. Light indigo. I am 5' 2" and weigh 118 lbs.

These pants are not for me. I'm 5'1" and 140 lbs. I did not expect the lower legs to fit like ocmpression socks. Probably better suited to someone tall and lean. I'd love to have the black jeans I used to buy from LLBean that had a bit of stretch all over as well as in the waist band. Had a pair of white ones, too. Not too heavy to wear in the summer. I miss them.

As always LLBean makes a quality product but the reason for my poor review is that they have recently changed their sizing and it makes it frustrating to order and return. I have a number of LLBean jeans and tops that continue to fit me well but when I try to order in the sizes I own the new items are too small.

The legs are very tight near the bottom. The jeans can slide down some while being worn.

I thought a size 10 was small. I should have ordered an 8 or smaller. I have had awful luck ordering pants from you folks. This was my 3rd try.

I liked the fit of the waist with the wide elastic. The material was substantial like I wanted. But, the legs were way too tight. I had to return them.

I have a pair of these and they are my FAVORITE. So, I thought I'd order more in two diff colors. I was sooo disappointed. They fit like tights even though they were the same size, same jean. Since the ones I own fit perfect...these should too, right? I even ordered them again thinking I just got a bad batch. Nope. Fit like a second skin. I'm 63 and shouldn't have to wear jeans like a 30 yr old. What happened? If I wanted "tights" I would not have ordered these. Any chance you could go back to how they were a year ago?

These jeans have a frumpy-dumpy fit. 5'3" 105 lbs.

Tried 2 different sizes--12 and 10. Neither was comfortable, neither fit right. I'm 5' 8 "/145. I just didn't like the design of these jeans. Sent them both back. Going back to the old reliables.

These pants run very small. I returned them after waiting a long time to get them.

These jeans were completely unsatisfactory. The inside seam of the left leg curved across my knee and ended up going down the middle of my shin. The inside seam of the right leg ran straight down the inside of the leg. I don't know whether the material had been cut incorrectly or the stitching of the seam was incorrect. The jeans will be returned.

Too thick and too stiff. Tight fitting and wrinkly at the same time. I have thin calves but these were even too tight down to the ankle.
