This is my third pair of Ghost 15s. The first (white) and third (oyster white) are very comfortable but the second (black) has a tighter vamp for some reason.

Enjoy Brooks for years. However the Ghost 15 for unknown reasons are not as comfortable as previous models. That said I would still recommend Brooks

I would give these shoes a 4.5 out of 5 because they are good shoes but not perfect. I bought these shoes to help reduce plantar fascitis and shin splints and after running with them for 3 weeks I have been happy with my overall experience where they have reduced my pain but on longer runs I still experience some problems. They are very comfortable and I enjoy running with them!

For the past 12 years I have run with the Glycerin; my last was the 18 which I liked. I tried the Glycerin 20 and found it uncomfortable and so tried the Ghost 15. I found it provides a very similar ride to the Glycerin I was used to. Although not quite as soft, it provides good support and feels good and I like running in it. I especially like the flattened shoe string holes which keep the strings from twisting and the amount of stretch in the string which allows a snug fit without binding.

I have been buying Ghost series shoes since the Ghost 10. I am on my 4th pair of Ghost 15's, and the only issue I have had is that the laces must be double tied, or they won't stay tied. The same problem existed with the Ghost 14's . Before that, the laces were fine.

I have been wearing the Ghost 13 for the last few years as my go to running shoe and they have performed exceptionally well, that being said, they had run their course and it was hightime for me to retire them. Right off the bat, the toe box in the Ghost 15 is slightly roomier. Roomy enough for me to have to size down and half size. I wore a 8.5 in the Ghost 13 and so I initially ordered an 8.5 for the Ghost 15 thinking that it'd fit pretty close to the same and it did not. The extra room, even with a thicker sock was just a little too much, so I had to return them and order a size 8. I will check back in to update on how much of a difference it makes. As for the initial feel, they honestly felt very good. How they actually perform though, remains to be seen.

Love the looks, light weight and color. Walk three miles a day and initially, cushion feels wonderful. However, with wear, experiencing pain in right foot, especially in the arch and heel. Right foot is 1/2 inch smaller than left foot. Hence, size may be the culprit. May keep for running errands, but not for long walks.

After trying so many different sneaker brands, I was so happy to finally find a sneaker that fits comfortably. No more looking around.

Oveall the fit and size were true to size in length and width. However, the inner sole was not padded enough and I felt "bumps" from the outer sole. I bought a pair of inner soles (one for each shoe) and had my shoemaker glue them in. This gave me the additional padding that was necessary to make the shoes comfortable.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks Ghost 13, which I own, Had the necessary padding and tubular laces which I prefer.

Ghost 15 (Neutral) is a good shoe, but it wasn't the right one for me. I needed something that has more cushioning with great support and that definitely was Glycerin. The shoe finder says if you wear size 8 in Nike, it would be size 8.5 for Brooks, but it was pretty big for me. The actual size would be the right choice to try out first.

I already had a Ghost from before so I know what I'm getting. They are very comfortable and the back doesn't sit too high on my ankle.

I love these shoes, I have to have a wide due to a bunion and these shoes are very comfortable. I only wish there were more non black/gray options. People with wide feet like colorful shoes too!

This is the first time purchasing from Brooks. The shoes feel great on my feet. My podiatrist recommended this shoe because I do a lot of walking and need the added support to my feet. They are holding up great and l wear them daily.

Ghosts are my all around fav but since I'm running a little more I'm finding the toe box a bit narrow and I am needing a bit more spring. Great for NYC walking!

Great low mileage trainer, I used the ghosts to train for and PR my half marathon. (I raced in something different) When I made the transition to higher mileage the ghost max was needed to lighten the impact on my feet! The ghost (normal) just couldn't handle the pounding.

The style looked clunky. The all black had an orthopedic look to them.

I have enjoyed the feel of the shoes, but have starting to suffer from mild peroneal tendonitis. I am going to pursue an insole insert to see if that helps. I did buy a pair of standard wide.

I rated the shoe with 4 Stars but it might be a 5 star shoe, I just haven't had it long enough yet. I'm not using it for a running shoe but instead a walking/workout shoe. I have been loyal to NB since their 608's came out (more than 20 yrs loyalty) but this year they didn't impress. I did purchase a pair of NB's but I was not happy because on a treadmill, less than 5 miles my foot felt pain. I searched the Net for what was better & Ghost 15 came up. I found a pair, ordered them and thus far they have surpassed NB. I've now done more than 5 on the treadmill, they have provided great support on the bike and best of all for me, they offer support with my jump-roping workouts . Stability, great impact, and comfort through it all. I'm thankful I found this she. I'm going to order another to stuff in my attic for when I wear them out. NB no longer - Brooks has won me over. Thank you.

I mainly walk 2-3 miles daily in them. They are very comfortable so far. The only complaint I have is that the shoestrings will not stay tied without a double knot. Very slick.

Has a very hard seam (?) that hits the middle of my toes where I just had surgery. I have two other pairs of brooks that don't have this. Sorry. This is a hard no.

The Ghost 15 has good support and just OK cushion for my indoor work outs on the tread mill and Cybex Arc Trainer. I should have probably prefaced my review ,because I am comparing it to the new Ghost Max which I also bought within weeks of each other. I prefer the Ghost Max for my outdoor runs and walks. More cushioned and less foot fatigue after my runs. I did run with the Ghost 15 but found them less comfortable then the Max and my preferred running shoe the Adrenaline 22. Anyway, just my opinion !

These Brooks shoes are very high quality and accommodate my unusual foot size (12.5 B) quite well. Initial reaction is that I might prefer more support/stability. It's very possible that after more use I'll warm up to the way the shoe supports and cushions. If so, the 5th star would be warranted.

Great shoe. This is a replacement for my Ghost 13. It's solid, has good arch support, comfortable and fits true to size.
