The sneaker came apart on the inside. I tried gluing the piece in the top of the toe box. I called for a return but you didn't have any in my size so you gave me a $35 coupon and I tried to re-glue the loose piece hanging down on the inside again. You now have my size 11 EEEE in gray. Maybe you could take back the $35 coupon and exchange the defective pair.

Have worn Ghosts and Cascadia for 10+ years with many a marathon and ultra completed in these shoes (respectively). But I'm no longer impressed. Toe box is showing wear in first monthThe price has crept up over the years, more than inflation. A person on a median salary can't afford these yet they are having record revenues. Shoes made in Cambodia - are they really paying a living wage there? I've been there twice and don't recall seeing a single Khmer wearing Brooks. How about making high quality, affordable, shoes with transparent/ethical wages for your workers? Maybe I'll come back then...

These were my go-to shoes for a good number of years in the 2010's. The quality has really just continued to go down hill over the years. They just don't last like they used to. This edition in particular is giving me shin splints as well. Not good. I unfortunately haven't found a good replacement.

I've had about a lot of Ghost shoes. From the 13-15 and the ghost max. New pair every 2 1/2-3 months. These have killed my feet. Only wore them for a few hours twice. Just can't wear them. Hopefully it's just a bad pair cause they've always been the best shoes for me.

Had 3 or 4 pairs of the ghost 14 and loved them. Used mostly for walking 3-5 miles daily. The 14 was great even with my chronic low back issues. Got the 15's and am super disappointed. Fit completely different (longer and wider), do not feel as supportive. Now my back and feet hurt part way through my walks. Never had this problem with the 14's. Would not recommend the 15 at all.

Show size runs bigger. Laces are too thin and don't grasp all that well. Feels like shoes might fall off and have to keep re tying the shoes. Since laces are thin, they get tangled all the time.

I really wanted to love these! They came very highly recommended by multiple people and I was tired of replacing my walking shoes every 6 months, so I splurged for some Brooks. My order was delivered on 3/12/2024 and the picture is my shoes today, 5/11/2024. I walk an average of 6 miles a day, but I am a very petite person and only wear these to walk in. Not to work/store/gym/etc. I normally buy Asics or new balance that are $20-30 cheaper and have NEVER had a pair of shoes wear out this fast. The first couple of weeks were great, but then I really noticed the break down and was very disappointed, especially for the price. I will continue my quest for good walking shoes, was hoping I had finally found my new go-tos!

I buy these specifically for the arch support and these are my fourth pair. Unfortunately, this pair is not providing me the same level of support and I began feeling strain in my Achilles fairly quickly.

I've ordered several pairs of Brooks Ghost style shoe from Zappos. When I received this pair, they were more than an inch longer than all of my previous Ghost size 9 shoes. I confirmed I hadn't mistakenly ordered a men's shoe as I was so surprised at how much longer these shoes were than all my previous Ghost shoes. There was no mistake, they were women size 9. I held them up to a couple of my other Ghost shoes, I started laughing. They were indeed more like a size 10 or 11! I think perhaps they may have been mislabeled at the factory or something. With that said, my return (first ever) to Zappos was seamless! Such an easy process. Thanks Zappos.

Getting a very large blister on the ball of my left foot EVERY TIME I walk 3-4 miles! NEVER had this problem with my ASICS, Adidas, Converse, or Nike. Don't know why? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

Horrible they are super hard and uncomfortable. Highly disappointed. Bought the ghost max, those were great best pair I've owned. These were just a waste of money.

I ran my race in them and my toes hurt! I sized up half a size and still had discomfort while running. I had the Ghost 12 and they weren't so narrow.

Good day, I have report that the sole of the tennis shoes I bought from you wore out in less than a year, is this normal? I just is my tennis shoes to walk sometimes, not to run.

I thought Brooks was supposed to be a good sneaker so I bought them. I tried them on, walked about 4 feet and felt a tear in the bottom right side of my foot. I made a podiatrist appointment to see what happened. I've since returned them.

Unfortunately I am not a fan. I have been wearing them for a couple weeks and they don't feel the same as the Ghost 14. My feet hurt after wearing them.

Size 10 was way way too narrow. Like for tiny feet...lol I usually run in Brooks Glycerin for distance runs, but my wife loves her Ghost 15's, mulitple pairs. So I wanted to give them a try. I noticed an unfortunate trend in Brooks running shoes now. Very limited color options if you want wide (2E), which for me are just slightly wider and 100% more comfortable. For example, Men's Ghost 15 lists 25 cool color options, but when I select size 10 wide 2E, it instantly limits me to just 4 options, and Im stuck with my usual black if I dont like the minimum other 3...lol. We have tons of Brooks shoes, my wife has all kinds of cool ghost 15 colors, but Im always stuck with 4 options only if I select Glycerin of Ghost because of size 10 wide (2E) limits to just 4 and usual just black... the regular 10 sizes to me are just too narrow like for tiny feet. major difference on comfort in wide(2E). Dont get me wrong, the wife and I love Brooks running shoes. That is all we run in. However, Brooks Team, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give us the full 25 options in the other cool colors in a 10 wide (2E) so Im not stuck with just black for years now....lol. However, I have noticed a trend now in Brooks. Seems they are very limited when it comes to wide shoes.

Really disappointed in this set. I've bought multiple pairs of ghost 15 and this last pair wore out very quickly. Less than a month.

As a long-time wearer of the ghost line I was incredibly disappointed with my recent purchase. While the shoe came quickly and looked as expected, 30 minutes into wearing around the house I noticed a rubbing on the top of my foot. On inspecting further, I noticed the seams on the insides of both the tounges were split open, or maybe never sewn together. I had to return and now question the overall quality of brooks that I had come to love. I'm trying something new this time around.

I have been a ghosts runner for a few years, starting with the 13's. I never had a single issue with my 13's. I went to the 14's when 13's were out of stock and again no issues. When I went to the 15's (again 14's out of stock) I immediately started having shin splints. I thought maybe it was the shoe itself not the model. When I needed a new pair of shoes, I got another pair of 15's and on this brand new shoe (worn about 10 miles to break in) I am again having shin splints. Something has changed with the 15's and it is terrible. I will be exploring other shoe options once my shin splints fully heal.

Well, I received two right foot shoes in my box, so I'm really disappointed. The shoe fit great (on my right foot) and looked sweet, but alas I had to return them.

I actually was very disappointed in them and had to return them. I loved the old style Brooks but the new ones had way too much padding on the heel area and actually made my normal size too small. The next size was too big. Very disappointed in the new Ghost 15.

The Ghost 15 Size was small and tight compared to my Ghost 12 shoes . I had to send them back and bought a pair of New Balance shoes.
