First time wearing these gave me blisters on my heels (4mile walk). After they were broken in they have started to feel better on my feet. The break in period was rough though, I had to wear them at least a handful of times before they started to mold to my feet. I wouldn’t buy this brand again because of the break in period.

This is a good shoe, not as much cushion as I prefer for standing all day but good for walks here and there.

I didn't like how wide the back portion of the shoe was. It kept getting caught when riding my bike. Bottom soles wore down relatively quickly - only a few months - of active use.

I LOVE endorphins shift..
I don't what they did differently with this shoe, but both my big toes feel like they are being squeezed (top and bottom) so much that they go numb. I keep wearing them hoping to maybe break them in.
But it's not changing.
I got these as a gift and bought an extra pair, bc that's how much i love this shoe but the 3 is not made the same .
The cushion, is still there, just not the comfort.
Super bummed.

I bought these shoes a month ago. I have worn them twice a week to stretch them as they were narrow and short my toes hit the front of shoes and rub lost 2 toenails. U usually wear a size 7. Would probably need an 7-1/2 wide? After running just 2 miles, my feet go numb- parasthesia.

I have pretty mixed feelings about this shoe. I've loved and retired the shift 1 and 2. The shift 3 is not an upgrade or a modification of the previous models - it's a totally different shoe. It fits me the same in length, but it's wider and doesn't hug my medium to narrow-ish foot as well. Also, doesn't feel as bouncy and fun to run in. That said I'm still using it as an easy day shoe; 5-10 miles a couple times a week with no issues that others have noted (blisters, etc). EXCEPT the channel underneath the shoe traps rocks on every run!! This is an incredibly annoying change.

Much too narrow in the foot bed, which hurt my feet. (arch) The frame of the shoe dug into my arch. Very disappointed, because I loved the support and firmness of the shoe, very supportive, but they do not come in wide. too bad, because this could be one of the best shoes! I loved the low foot drop, and that is why I kept trying them.

Fit is narrow and after first wear I've already lost a toe nail. The fit is smaller than other saucony shoes I wear. Too bad I can't send back because I've already wore them

I bought these for attractive, comfortable walking shoes to bring to Italy. I did not do a trial wear and that was a HUGE mistake! I have worn Saucony for years and always bought a size 7 1/2. So that is the size I bought with Endorphine Shift 3. These shoes are not consistent with Saucony sizing. They do not have the usual wide toe box for a running shoe and seem to run much smaller. I was so disappointed. I have wasted a great deal of money. I will say they are attractive looking. I just can't wear them without having foot discomfort.

I just got this shoe yesterday and I tried it on inside and it felt ok. Slightly tight but I thought just needed to be broke in. By the time I was 2 miles in my toes were so cramped and it made me feet literally hurt. Of course Saucony doesn't have the 30 day wear & return that most other shoe brands now offer so I have no idea what to do with this shoe because I definitely can't wear them.

I have many pairs of the Endorphin Shift and Shift 2. I have knee, hip, and back issues, and they have great support and are probably the best sneakers I've ever worn. Fast forward to the new Shift 3. I hate to say it, but I am not pleased with these. They lack the firm support and toe lift that I have come to love from the Shift and Shift 2. The Shift 3 actually aggravates my knee issues, and so the pair I bought and wore twice are now of no use to me and can't be returned. Saucony - Please PLEASE go back to the design of the original Shift and Shift 2.

I already a pair of the woman's Triumph 20 shoes. I love these shoes. I had hoped the Endorphin Shift 3 would be just as comfortable but they were not. The sole was too hard. I would have purchased the Triumph 20 if they had them in black like the Endorphin's.

I bought theses about a month ago in wide. They were highly recommended as a good fit for my Morton's Neuroma. I really wanted to love these, but the wide fit does not feel like a wide fit. I even checked the size inside the shoe to make sure they sent the correct size. My feet hurt a lot in these shoes and aggravates my Morton's Neuroma more. Disappointed and will be searching for another brand.

Not the same as the first shift. I didn't but the shift 2 because of the bad reviews. #3 apparently isn't better, it doesn't seem to have the same rock and roll motion. The toe box is super tight and my foot is more narrow. On the up side, the material has improved! No more holes and stretching out.

I purchased this shoe and immediately knew this shoe would not work for me. First off, I bought my usual size 5 1/2 and my foot was sliding around in the shoe. Went to a 5 and it felt better I like the way the heel is cupped. But why, why so much cushion?! With all the cushion the shoe feels wide, like I am wearing bedroom pillows strapped on my feet. Like I would have to run differently to accommodate the width of this shoe. I even checked my order to make sure I didn't order a wide by accident (I didn't). I had the endorphin 2 and loved it! I ran in those shoes for 2 1/2 years with no problems. Yes, the endorphin 2 also had a lot cushion but the endorphin 3 is just too much cushion for me. I love Saucony and they are my go to shoe for running, but the endorphin 3 ended up not being for me.

Feels unstable because they are so high, makes me feel like at any moment they could twist my ankle. They also fit very tight on the top of the foot and the sides. It makes my feet go numb after 5 km. I haven't worn them that much but feels like there isn't much stretch to them.

I have three pairs of last year's model and love them. This shoe fit completely differently. My sock kept slipping off no matter how I tied the shoes - I tried lacing them different ways. I also have hallux rigidus which is really why I bought last years model but this model did not feel as stiff in the toe area. Wanted to love them....

Although I ordered my regular Saucony size - 7.5 wide - after I had these on for an hour my feet were killing me. Not wide like other Saucony wide shoes. Unfortunately, because I had worn them, the cannot be returned. Saucony used to be my favorite shoe - not any more.

Absolutely loved the original shift. Was the first shoe I found that got rid of my shin splints so I tried these. The sizing must have changed because the 14 fits perfect with the original shoe but are tight in these. Moved up a size and are now too big.
