I wanted to love these like I did the Triumph 19s, but after only a couple wears the tread of the shoe began to separate from the bottom so I'm tripping on loose trend. May just be a defective pair, but disappointed.

They run small, try to exchange it but I couldn't, I have to returned and then purchased another pair and they didn't have the same color on the size I was looking for.

I had to return these, they fit small. My toes were jammed even though I bought a size up from my street shoe size.

I have had several triumph saucony n always satisfied until this last pair. First they are putting cheaper shorter shoelaces. Second the left shoe at outside heel was defective somehow my heel n ankle turned out when I walked. Very dangerous!! I hope this is not the beginning of less quality in their product. Very disappointed.

I had a pair of old Saucony" in an 81/2..they were a little big. So i irdered an 8 this time. But they were bigger than the 81/2 so I had to return them..I have an ancient Saucony that I dug up and put an insert in to wear till I find something. I still like those better than the newer ones. They have gotten too big and clutsy

They definitely don't fit the same as previous versions. The seam at the back is so hard and it curves in towards my foot causing Achilles soreness. I'm disappointed.

These shoes squeak loudly when you walk. They fit great but are not wearable; I returned them.

I have been buying Saucony four years last two pairs, the bottoms ripped and the tops caved in. This time I bought the above shoes and the shoe laces are too short. I don't understand what happened to the quality of the shoes. I'm very disappointed and I will not buy any more.

I bought these for the long runs to save mileage on my speeds. I'm a 7 in speed 2s but these I am a 6.5. I returned the 7s but took the 6.5 out for a 10 mile run. I came back my feet, knees and hips were killing me. Not only that but there was a defect in the left shoe back in the heel that dug into me so badly I had to go to urgent care!! Also gave me plantar fasciitis! Very uncomfortable shoes!! Awaiting an MRI and for the last 2 weeks NO RUNNING I can barely walk!! Can't get in to see the Dr for another 20 days! The only way to test shoes out probably is to run in them. Now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I can never wear!! I wish I would have returned both pairs! I was going to run the Philadelphia marathon in November now that's not gonna happen!! All over a stupid pair of shoes!!

I have been wearing Saucony Triumph sneakers for well over a decade; they were my go to sneakers of choice. Unfortunately, the Triumph 20 sneakers I recently purchased will have to be returned. The design seemed to change in the heel of the foot bed making the sole uneven; more specifically, the heel portion of the sole feels higher than the front portion of the shoe causing my feet to feel planter flexed (think high heels) and pronated inward. The sneakers also "squeak" every step I take; I tried walking around the house an hour or so on a few different attempts, but the squeaking noise continued. Saucony, please consider bringing a version of the older models back. Those models felt like a simple flat soled neutral shoe w/ low arch support, perfect for my flat feet. Otherwise, I must find a new sneaker to wear after well over a decade of Triumph
*I do like the simple solid color options of the newer models.*

I bought these as I always run in the triumphs and loved the 19's. The 20's caused all sorts of pain from my feet to my hips, which I have never experienced until I started running in the 20's. I could not run in these and I gave it a few weeks before ordering another pair of the 19's. Not a fan on these shoes at all!

They hurt the heel of my right foot. They rubbed blisters and didn't ever wear in and stop. I stopped wearing them.

I've been using Saucony Triumph for over 10 years. I buy 3 pairs each year. I like the redesign the new look however, I am disappointed with the quality of triumph 20. The cushion/ foam is already starting to show cracks. I've only used 5 times with 42.28 kms in.

I've been wearing Saucony Triumphs for 10 years. This is the first generation that fit very differently. 10 min in to a warm up rob and I could feel my toes and parts of my feet.

I have been running in this shoe for a decade, this version stinks! Fit is fine for my narrow heel and wide toe box, but there are two seams behind the heel that cause immediate blister/tender spot... shame on me for buying online, had I bought them at my local run store, I have 90 days to return!

Loved the prior models but this newest one causes arch pain. The stack height is too much :(

Took a chance on these as a gift for my partner given the appealing name and colorway. But when she opened them, she immediately hated them. The color of the outer sole is extremely metallic and cheap looking. She called it "tacky" and "looks like fish scales." If the soles matched the laces or even the upper fabric, they would've been nice. For this price point, you have to nail the design; Saucony completely failed on this one.

Shoes are very cushy but provide terrible arch support. Ankles and feet ache when doing high mileage runs.

They changed it so much I did not like the feel. Used them for a few weeks to see if I could get used to the 20 but that was a no go. Back to the 19 and now to stop k up as I fear I will have to find a new running shoe once the 19s run out. Why change a good thing?
