I loved the Triumph 19 and am disappointed in the 20. After using it about a month on a treadmill, I still think the shoe is uncomfortable. I've tried removing the insert and substituting a soft cushion but it still felt hard and unyielding. And the material used to make the tread is loud and squeaky. I would have returned them after a couple of miles on the treadmill but the Saucony assistant said they were not returnable since I had used them.

It's a nice looking show but the sole is not even on both shoes. One shoe is higher on the inside sole which causes a lot of back issues due to the uneven platform.

The bottom of the shoe felt like the softest styrofoam. So soft, they had to go back because if I were to try to run on blacktop they would be shredded in a mile or two. I can’t imagine these holding up at all on outdoor turf. I also didn’t like how the sole at the rear end of the sneaker just out to make your foot appear longer. Theyre ok comfort wise. Not great considering the price.

So these shoes are adorable! But I wish they were a little more comfortable. The top of my feet have been in pain since putting these on for long runs. Again, great with a pair of jeans, but not marathon training.

Although I ordered the shoe in 2 colors, the fit was different. It was not as wide.

It is so comfortable. And yet on the heel it is so painful. At first I thought it's okay- it's new- I'll probably get a blister and then it'll be fine. But no. My heel hurt so much I couldn't wear the shoe. And even wearing my old shoes,my heel hurt for days.

I really was excited to try the Triumph 20 because I read some glowing reviews. I've worn ASICS for most of my running career, and thought I'd try something new. Unfortunately, the Triumph 20 seems to have caused issues with my back. I went back to my ASICS, and now I'm hesitant to try the Triumphs again. 'Sorely' disappointed.

I originally tried these on in store and LOVED how comfy they were. Bought them online and my views have completely changed in a month. They are definitely comfortable and very light, but the whole outer sole is made of uncoated styrofoam, and I've had take-out containers that are stronger. I'm a nurse so I'm constantly on my feet/moving and I have chunks coming out of the heels already! The weak material makes it impossible to clean/scrub without damage to the shoe. In addition, the rubber soles that are BARELY glued onto the styrofoam are already peeling off, too. BAD material choice, poor construction. I rarely do reviews, and this pains me because I really did want to love them! Debated between 1 and 2 stars, giving it 2 because they truly are comfy. For the price, definitely steer clear. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I've worn Triumphs for a long time. I buy the colorful triumphs for walking and I buy the all black ones for work. The 20s are narrow. Keep that in mind before buying. I've never needed a wide shoe but I should have gotten these in wide. The cushion is fantastic but they hurt my feet because they are narrow. Unfortunately I bought the 20s in black for work but I can't wear them all day.

They came worn and dirty right out of the box. This has never happened from Zappos before. Disappointed ?

I've worn Triumphs since probably the first iteration of the shoes. There was a sale recently, so, I thought I'd try the 20's. When they arrived, after taking them out of the box, I first noticed the soles of the shoes. The material looked cheap and felt like styrofoam and made a squeaky noise like styrofoam as well. The soles were completely different than my 19's. I tried on the 20's and walked around my house. There is no insole in these, there isn't even the least bit of cushioning on the insoles; it's just flat, hard, and uncomfortable. Again, totally different from my 19's and any other pair of Triumphs I've bought in the past. While the soles themselves did have a "spring" or, a cushion, the shoes were not comfortable. I then read all the negative reviews and others have made similar comments about the soles. The laces were also too short and not like the previous stretchy, longer laces. I liked the color, but that was about it. So, I returned them b/c there was no insole cushioning and I didn't think the outer soles would hold up running or walking on concrete. I feel that the quality has declined while the price has increased. Unfortunate for sure.

The soles appear to be styrofoam. I doubt they would hold up to much wear and tear. Too stiff to provide any cushioning. Hurt my heels just wearing in the house for a few minutes. I returned them.

I bought hoka to my wife last year and this year I bough this Saucony but she is quite disappointed with this shoes. She like Hoka over saucony . I am quite sad because this was her birthday present. She says it's uncomfortable as compared with hoka.

These shoes for some reason are cutting off my circulation. I tried to loosen the straps and change the way my foot goes in, but no matter what, it is too tight and there is vertical pressure on my toes. They did not leave enough room for the toes vertically within the shoe. Very disappointed because I have had many Saucony shoes in the past and they were great :(

I should have sent these shoes back. The right shoe was okay but the left hurt my foot. I walked in them so I didn't even try to return them.

Hate them. Very narrow. Even if you have a moderately wide foot move on to something else. Not my first time purchasing Saucony either so I'm somewhat familiar with how they run.

I cannot wear these shoes anymore. The fit great but they squeak when I run. I have run in them a dozen times but they drive me insane and I am taking them to a charity shop. This is no minor squeak. People even look at me strangely as i jog past them. It’s a shame as they’re very comfortable.

I have purchased this model a couple of years ago and it fit and wore well. This 10 wide was too short and not as wide. I may have exchanged it for a 10.5 but the sole composition was slick, unlike the previous zig-zag black rubber design. I could not get them to grip on my treadmill at all. The color was good but I miss the toe guard covering which gave the show some protection. I'm not sure what product I can use as they have also changed the Echelon model in the same way according to reviews.

I was optimistic about these shoes, but every time I work out in these or even just casual walks, they rub up against the back of my feet/heels and end up giving me blisters. Would not recommend these shoes at all and very disappointed.
