I've been running for almost a decade now and I've been a loyal Brooks Ghost customer for most of that time. However, my most recent pair of ghosts faded pretty quickly, and so I started to research other shoes. I found that the endorphin speeds were very loved by other runners and decided to wait for the release of the 3s. I just ran in them this morning and shaved 22 seconds off my usual tempo pace during a 5 mile run. They feel incredible-I can feel them subtly propelling/bouncing me into my next stride. But it's not harsh feeling at all or so cushioned that you sink and lose energy - it's the perfect balance of spring, responsiveness and softness. They are also incredibly lightweight. The overall experience helped to make my legs feel completely weightless and refreshed like I'd just come off a rest week. I honestly can't believe I waited this long to try a plated shoe. They are absolutely going to help me run more efficiently and shave time off my tempo and threshold runs. I will add my natural pace is just under 7 minutes /mile, race pace anywhere from 5:50-6:30. I can't comment on durability yet, but so far I'm extremely impressed and excited to put some more mileage on these babies. I'm a true 7.5 and purchased that same size, they fit well even a bit on the loose side. I have a bit of a bunion on my left foot and the toebox is wide enough in the normal /medium width to accommodate that without any sort of pressure or rubbing. If you are a faster paced runner who wants a high performance shoe that you can use as effectively on race day as you can on training days, this is your shoe. Saucony, make some more colors of these bad boys please!

Just finished a marathon with these. I got them 3/4 of the way into my training and decided to wear them for race day. They were light, comfortable, didn't cramp my toes, and my feet didn't hurt. I would recommend!

More bounce to the ounce! Great fit, light and form fitting that gives back energy. Been a fan of the kinvaras for a while and I’m glad I tried these out. Using them for tempo runs and speed work.

I have worn a small fortune in sneakers over the years. These particular Saucony, Endorphin Speed 3, take the prize. They are wings on my feet. I feel like I am flying. So comfortable and sturdy.

Fit was a bit wider than the Speed 1, which I wore out. But definitely exceeded my expectations and I've increased my pace. I have arch tenfonitis but no pain what so ever with these shoes.

I've been nursing my original speeds along waiting for the arrivals of the 3s. I bought a blue pair at my local running store, and I picked up the white pair here. Much improvement on the 2s. My toes went numb for some reason wearing them. The bottom of my toe box is a C width but my heel is extremely narrow. The wider 3s are just about perfect for me. I go between an 8.5 and a 9. This version I'm a 9. My feet measure 7.5.

Light, fast and comfortable. I switched from another brand to the Endorphin Speed 2's and absolutely loved them. The 3's are even better - toebox is wide (even in the medium width), light weight shoe, springy and cushy enough for the marathon. My new favorite long distance shoe.

I love this shoe! It makes you want to keep running and even to enjoy speedwork. More stable than the previous iteration and fits like a glove. Great cushion but still perfectly bouncy!

I have been running in Hoka Bondi for at least 5 years. I tried these because I read that the speed roll technology takes pressure off of the balls of your toes. I need that because I have a neuroma. I also need a lot of cushion which the Hokas do give. These Saucony kicks also give good cushion. So far they are amazing and lighter than the Hokas. I will say I will probably go up half a size because they are shorter and my toes graze the tip which I don't want. Using same size with Hokas, they were longer.

I absolutely love love love my Endorphin speed 3. I am training for a marathon and have tried quite a few brands but these are by far, so far, my favorite. I’ve noticed a huge difference in the quality of my runs because of these shoes. They do run a full size smaller so size up!

Just ran a 5K in these and BOY do they live up to the name!!! I got the fastest time I've had in years and didn't even feel like I was trying. These are VERY cushioned and very springy and probably the most comfortable things I have ever put on my feet. They'd also be perfect for any healthcare worker that has to be on their feet all day. Wish I'd found these sooner. Absolutely worth the price tag.

My first time ever purchasing anything online. Got my shoes within 48 hours (nice) - They fit perfectly and very very very comfortable. Took them for a test run...oh my god...never again will I use cheap store bought brands. This shoe is amazing...it is perfect for big guys. I love them!

This is a fantastic update of what was already in my opinion, a really great shoe. Most noticeable improvements are the upper and lateral stability. Highly recommend for fast days, long runs and even races.

Lightweight, bouncy, and comfortable! My only complaint is that they have a slight curve on the bottom that took me a couple runs to get used to - I kept rolling my ankle at first. I'm running a 10 mile race next weekend and I look forward to seeing if my pace is any faster than normal.

Super light and springy. They have cushion. Love them. They run small though. Had to trade mine in for a size larger and still think maybe I should have gone another 1/2 size up, not sure. But overall amazing shoes, will purchase again and figure out the sizing for these

I used the endorphin shift prior and those were super cushiony and comfortable. I’m an 8.5 for running shoes but had to go a 1/2 size up to a 9. My toes were hitting the front with the 8.5. They feel more springy than the shift but definitely more ridged which makes sense with the nylon plate. The larger drop will be something to get use to. I did some tempo runs and recovery jogging, the ground reaction is pretty good, I felt less strain on my calves and definitely forced me more toward my toes/ball of feet.

These shoes are WONDERFUL! They offer a rocker type feel which gives you some great propulsion on even your toughest of days. They are super light and like little Maserati's on your feet! They offer an almost sock-like upper while making you still feel totally secure. The laces are stretchy which is also so nice and you get plenty of them! You're sure to enjoy these shoes! I'd also recommend Endorphin Pro 3.

I bought the Endorphin Speed 3's a few days ago and am VERY happy with my purchase. They are incredibly comfortable and bouncy. They just propel me forward when walking and running. Also, these shoes are so light on my feet. I would definitely recommend - however I have a pretty narrow foot and I've seen other complain that the toe box is narrow. I had no issue at all.

I know that I speak for more than just myself when I say we would greatly appreciate better colorway options. At least with the endorphin speed 2 there were more neutral ones. Also men got that fantastic changing tides colorway and we just got shafted. Truly, these are horrendous. And hear me out, I know this is mildly absurd, BUT there are "gold" people and there are "silver" people. These shoes went with the gold people and my interest went out the window lol. I'm holding out on getting a new pair (even though my speed 2's are literally falling apart) in hopes that better/more colorways will be released with the new year. Here's to hoping my feet survive until then lol. Am I slightly stubborn? Yes. But is it worth waiting for something that would be ten million times more appealing for the hefty price? Absolutely. Make saucony colors great again. Also, only 3 stars for quality seeing that my endorphin speed 2's purchased at the end of this summer are totally falling apart. (And yes I could switch brands, but these really are the best running shoes. Y'all just need some assistance in the design/quality control department)

Took my new Endorphin Speed 3s out for a spin today - kept going because they just felt so darn good! Very comfortable upper and wide enough for my foot. Light as a feather and propulsive! Hope they haven't changed the design too much with the 4s because I've discovered a new favourite. I sized up by 1/2.
