The support of the new endorphin 3's are unmatched. I previously owned a pair of ASICS and put about 35km/week on them. It wasn't until I stepped into the endorphins that I quickly realized that I needed much more support than I was currently getting. Running in these have made road running so much more enjoyable now that there is less impact on my joints. Let's just say I will be sticking to saucony from now on.

I have ran in the Speeds as my daily trainer since version one. Saucony has improved the stability without sacrificing the weight. They absolutely nailed the placement of the winged plate for foot and ankle support. I feel the tongue could be a little longer and colorways improved, but those are minor cons. Best Endorphin Speed by a mile;)

I just received the Endorphin Speed 3 and have only put in 10 miles so far but I've been a serious runner long enough and own/owned many good running shoes to know that this one's a winner. I run 50+ miles per week (both the road and trails) so I have quite a collection to rotate on a regular basis and I was immediately able to tell that the Speed 3 will turn out to be my most used and versatile shoes. Most racing and speed-oriented shoes just aren't comfortable or stable enough for daily running. Daily training shoes are comfortable but not exciting or as fun to run in as racers. The Speed 3 somehow combines the best elements of both in one seamless package. Although I haven't taken this out on races yet but two fast 5-mile runs tell me that it will do just fine for racing. It's also at least as comfortable and stable as my daily trainers, so I expect to use the Speed 3 a lot for my everyday road running needs. I've seen and read dozens of reviews and I can definitely concur that the hype is real for the Endorphin 3. It's comfortable, light, fast, stable, and just plain fun to run in. What more can one ask for? This is the one road running shoes I'll take with me on trips (business or pleasure) along with one trail runner (if needed). I just know I won't sacrifice anything with the Speed 3. I already have the Pro 3 for racing/speed but that's what I'll save that for. Most of the time, it'll be Speed 3. Now I've got my eyes set on the Edge to round out my trail runners collection. Saucony really knocked it out of the park with the Endorphin Speed 3.

Great shoe, it hits many type of runs: steady runs, mara pace, tempo, treshold and for any distance.

I've gone for four runs in these shoes, varying from four miles to 11 miles. As a 28-year-old man with arthritis, the endorphin speed 3s are great when it comes to comfort and support. I have felt almost no pain in my ankles after long runs. Much better than the Nike Pegasus shoes I was working with before. Only problem I've noticed is that after just four runs the material in the front of the shoe is ripping off a bit and I'm nervous it will come off entirely and expose my toes! (I did play tennis once in the shoes, which may have been the cause, but still, I've only worn the shoes five times total.)

I got the vizi blue version and live the reflection but there is a different type of netting used and its very cheap. It's cracking off the sole and the logo is broken and peeling off the inner side of the shoe.with less than 100 miles on them.

to be honest, I like the Endorphin 2's much better. the 3's seem bulky, not as good a Fit as the 2's

Great update. Softer ride than prior versions and comfortable, accommodating upper. Great daily trainer, though not as aggressive as prior iterations, so less ideal for speedwork.

Amazing shoes and I would give 5 stars if not for the lack of breathability.

The cushion is exceptionally great , that was the main reason for buying them besides being pink. But unfortunately they run on the short side for me so I will have to return for half size larger. That will probably be a 5 star

I bought this on July 19th, 2023 and has 40 km of running on it now. I have an endorphin speed 2 and I like that one so I bough the speed 3 as well. I used this shoe for my fast training runs - stride repeats, progression runs and speed repeats. So far this shoe is as what I have read on other reviews on other sites, it is not as aggressive as the speed 2 but it is still fast for my training runs. It easy for me to maintain a 4:30min/km pace in this shoe as well. One bad thing I noticed with this shoe so far is when I do fast pace for a long time, for example 4:30min/km, 190+spm, for 10 min, I would eventually feel the support beam/rod underneath my foot (right shoe only in my case). The beam doesn't hurt my foot since I can still maintain the pace but just an odd feeling since there is a vertical depression. Once I start walking, the cushion do bounce back and it felt normal again. I have experienced this in two of my speed runs this week already. This is the reason why I gave it only 4 stars. Hoping this shoe would last me for 400 miles though.. we'll see.

You don't get a lot of miles because either the rubber falls off or the reflectors. Otherwise the time you have it are great effortless runs.

The soles on a concrete colored pair of Endorphin Speed 3s I purchased have taken about twice (380 versus 180 miles) as much mileage without going into the midsole when compared to the ocean colored version of the shoe. My running course is 100% asphalt and sidewalk.

My son and I both love the Speed series, however, my son just bought the 3's and the back of the heel sits so high (more so than others) that it has given him blisters. No show socks will not work for this version. He runs 50-60 miles per week, we are now looking for socks with a higher back tab!

Previously running in the Speed 2. These improve on stability a bit, though the 2s were fine. I find the tongue slips down when I am putting the shoe on, not a big deal, but I haven't figured out how to stop it from doing so yet.

I just bought this shoe and I was really excited to run in them. They are super lightweight comfortable and even look good (most running shoes dont). I ran in them once for 4 miles and it was great. The only thing is the wearing of the mid sole after only 1 run! I love the shoe just dont think they are going to last too long.

As someone who overpronates, it can be tough to find a shoe that checks off all the boxes. It's important that I have stability as well as comfort. I haven't run in previous generations of the Speed but what I can say is I am able to maintain my performance throughout my run which for me is 8 to 9 minutes miles. The nylon plate is very responsive and can accommodate most custom orthotics. Because the foam cushioning is light, I don't expect to get as many miles out of it than other trainers I have but for the money, I feel like you can't go wrong and Saucony's customer service is second to none.

I've put around 40 miles in the Speed 3 since purchasing and had ran in the Speed 2 as well. There are some changes certainly, ones that work for me. However, the Speed 2 was solely meant for workouts(for me) and I've basically been using the Speed 3 for long runs. What you get is a soft springy midsole very similar to the Speed 2. I've found the midsole to be softer, and slightly less responsive. Thus why I don't pick this one up for tempo/ workout runs. I feel the Speed 3 has shifted more towards a daily trainer/ long run shoe. I do think it has the capacity to be used for tempo/workouts. The upper seems roomier, otherwise unchanged. Very breathable and feels fantastic. Heal lock and outsole are great and also feel unchanged. Good stuff, Saucony.

I bought the Speed 3 thinking you would take it back to the original Speed but when I put them on I was disappointed about the feel of them. I was lower to the ground. I thought this would be like the Kavars having no bottom sole. But then I ran a 16, 18, and 20 mile long run and it seem like I'm landing on my mid foot better. That I'm pushing off better. I feel comfortable without the springyness of version 1 and 2. They do feel heavier than the previous versions. So I'm sold. Speed 3 is better to me and what I am looking for in a fast shoe for long runs. Not sure if I would use them for any race. I will test this out in the next couple of weeks.

Saucony - Endorphin Speed 3 Good shoe not the best for fast running but great for tempo and long runs also pretty good for easy paces.
