I didn't know what a "fast" shoe was until I tried these. Now I know. These are super lightweight with plenty of cushion and definitely propel you forward... almost to a fault. My first time out I wasn't sure but after a few trail runs I absolutely love them. Thank you Saucony

The fit and size of these shoes were perfect, just like every recent pair of Saucony Endorphins I’ve tried. My foot locked in place effortlessly without having to cinch the laces to the point of cutting off circulation. Then came the trail run... oh boy! It was like running on a cloud with traction. Despite the cushiness, the shoes felt stable. On the downhills, the heel cushioning absorbed the impact while the cleats gripped the ground, making the descent feel solid. On the flatter parts of the trail, the carbon plate really shone through, making me feel like I was wearing my Speed 3s. Uphill, the traction excelled, and the carbon plate returned energy to my stride, encouraging me to push on even when my calves were screaming, as if the shoes were saying, "Come on, we’re in this together!" They didn’t feel overly disconnected from the terrain, so they should handle technical trails well, although I haven’t had a chance to test them there yet. My initial runs were on some slightly muddy trails in the Pacific Northwest. I opted for the black/gold colorway, which looks nice without screaming for attention like the pink version. They’re purpose-built trail running shoes, so while they’re not exactly a fashion statement, the color combination I chose wouldn’t look out of place with casual wear. I really can’t imagine much room for improvement with these shoes and can highly recommend them to anyone looking for super comfortable trail running shoes that feel like they disappear on your feet and get the job done!

Great shoe-bought about a month ago and wear them daily. You don't notice the carbon plate till your running or walking uphill-it adds a little extra bounce to your step-definitely recommend a pair.

I have several other pairs of Saucony, but nothing really in blue. So what first attracted me is the vibrant color. And then when they arrived (on time, as usual), I tried them on. They are incredibly comfortable, and provide the support I need: I am coming up on my 72nd birthday, and spend 8 to 10 hours a day on a concrete floor, and these shoes are just what I need. And I've had several comments from co-workers as well. Positive comments...

lightweight yet durable with traction for trails! Feel the performance descending as it cushions the impact and yet the carbon plate returns with speed.

True to size, very light but durable. Have logged roughly 50 miles on them on some tough mountain trails and they have held up great. Laces are long enough to tuck so no worries of snagging on any debris. Drain very well. Plate provides plenty of protection against rocks, makes the shoe almost feel springy but adds minimal weight. Will buy again when the current pair wears out.

Comfortable with great support. I ordered what I normally wear -a size 11 but had to exchange for an 11.5 which fits perfectly.

i can run with these on the trail with rocks, sand, gravel and cacti with traction and comfort that is phenomenal. if you don't have this experience, you may need one of the following: 1. corrected shoe size 2. podiatrist referral 3. surgery, medical therapy, or special inserts

Comfortable cushioning, carbon plate is not disruptive. Light weight. And plenty of room in the forefoot. Grey shoe.

Great shoes, I purchased the Rift & the Edge and I like them both, but the Edge are a good bit faster and more nimble. I also noticed the heal slip others mentioned but a simple runners loop across the top 2 lace holes solves that easily. Also wearing slightly larger trail running socks helps. I definetely recommend these to anyone doing trail racing. If just trail running, I would point them to Rift. The rift fit a little better and are more affordable for everyday use and more durable.

Bought these shoes a couple of months ago and I have been LOVING them! I'm not sure why I see so many comments on durability as mine have had zero tears or lose of traction after 150+ miles. The shoes are light weight and I find my feet remain happy after extended distances (10+ miles). I will be using these for a 50k. My road shoes are Brooks Ghost and Brooks Hyperion Max and I don't find these shoes fit my feet any different.

Found them excellent. I love the shape of Saucony. My foot has a natural curve and they fit my wider toe box perfectly. I am running the divide 200 and this is my shoe of choice after testing many brands. A sponsor would top it off

I ran these shoes in the 2023 Leadville Marathon, which was full of snow, sleet and some rain. Traction was perfect and the shoe performed as well as can be expected. I am 6'1" and 237, and these shoes definitely helped in the rocks and descents. They are not cheap, but they are worth it!!!

Most comfortable and powerful shoes I've ever owned. I would wear these to sleep in or run in. Absolutely incredible fit and great feel to the shoe while running. Handles rocks, roots, mud, leaves, with ease. I have a very limited big toe mobility and the carbon fibre really helps ease pain. Rocker is great and propels you forward where the carbon springs you into your next step.

After almost 8 yrs. In my Exodus 3s , the shoe lace eyelets were breaking , so I used my tax refund & splurged. It's been 4-5 dry weeks & the trails & fire roads nearby have been patched up & graded after a wet winter & spring. 1st thing I noticed was the cushion & spring action; handles rock & roots , mtn bike divots & gullies . I also appreciate the added room in the toe area for going down steep hills . I read some reviews about ankle support issues . I've always worn heavier socks and laced my shoes tighter.

They came as advertised. My first thoughts are that they are pretty wide. I generally wear wider shoes, and this is pretty wide, so if you want a tighter fit, go half down a size. If you are generally size 9 in Nike to displace the wideness of the shoe, then definitely go with an 8.5 or wear a thicker sock. The stack height is pretty high, so stability is not as good as expected. It has nothing to do with the shoe but what comes with this high stack. The cushion on these and energy transfer seem to be good as they have the bounce of the endorphin speed 2. Overall I would buy I if you had the money.

Participated in a Spartan race that turned into a tough mudder due to rain and these shoes were my super power; held throughout the race of trail, water, and mud!!! Was very happy with them and after cleaning and air dry I'll keep using them for hikes and trail runs and will consistently buy more and nothing is cooler than pink running shoes
