I can not believe the brand calls these true to size. I wear 15 D in Ralph lauren and Sebago shoes and here I bought the collectors Randolph in 15EE and it is T I G H T!! also, why not rubber sole options for us working in many different parts of the world where leather sole is just dangerous?

After just a few wears, these shoes already look like they're several years old. There is significant creasing across the upper portion of the shoes. Disappointed.

I purchased the Randolph shoes a few years ago. I had previously purchased 3 different pairs of AE shoes. These, by some measure, are the least comfortable. They are tight in the toe cup and have a very stiff sole. Very different feel to their lace-ups.
Love the look of AE shoes but disappointed with this particular shoewill pause before purchase of another pair

Great shoe, inaccurate sizing. Way too small and tight. Too late to make my return. Never wear em. You'll need to size up 1/2 size.

Very disappointed with these loafers. The stitching is shoddy, the color and uniformity of the leather is off between sides and the right shoe bows out vs the left. They are for sure not worth the price and I am disappointed with AE - my old Park Aves were much higher quality.

I was extremely disappointed with these shoes. The quality was very low, especially considering the price. Instead of a pleasant smell of leather, the shoe smelled strongly of paint. Additionally, the color was not uniform, and there were visible inconsistencies in the dye. The seams also lacked a proper finish, which made them look cheap and poorly made. To top it off, when I wore the shoes, they bent excessively on the sides, making them very uncomfortable. It was nothing like the shoe I saw in the store. I wouldn't recommend these shoes.

Clunky look. Does not have the sleekness from the photos of the website

The shoes were so narrower I couldn't even put them on. I've worn this style and size for more than 20 years. I've watched the quality of the shoes steadily decline. Every time I AE another try I'm disappointed.

I concur that sizing has changed over the years. I have over 12 pairs of A E shoes and what was once consistent sizing no longer true. I have been told that I need to consider "lasts". In 90's and 2000's it was not an issue. Again I have over 12 AE shoes and the most recent purchase of Cavanough demonstrates lack of attention to detail. Come on AE return to consistency and don't rest on your current "hippiness".
