I have been a long time customer of Allen Edmonds. However, due to COVID dress-down, this is the first pair I have bought in a couple of years. I was surprised to see how the overall material quality and appearance of the product on the foot has changed. I ordered a 10.5 EEE. The shoe fits nicely but does not look good on the foot. The toe looks pointy for a EEE and the overall upper looks too big for the bottom.The leather and overall quality appears/feels inferior to older Allen Edmonds products. I was truly excited to see a collection of more casual or sneaker-inspired Allen Edmonds offerings but the execution is disappointing. Also, this style is not made in the USA. Label stated origin as Domincan Republic.

These are not comfortable at all. In fact, they are painful. The leather has developed a deep crease where the toe cap ends, resulting in a painful pressure on my toe each time I take a step. I have worn them a number of times hoping the leather would soften, but it isn't happening. My advice is don't buy them.

I own about 30 pairs of AE shoes, and I have bought at least that many more that I wore until they had to be retired. They have for 100 years been timeless. But these "sneaker" dress shoes look ridiculous! What happened to you, AE? Workmanship continues to decline, and these "dress sneakers" are just plain tacky.

I got the shoe today. The color of the show is a light brown when the photo here shows a darker brown with shades. The shoe I got is just one plain light brown. Not what I expected at all from the photo on this page. Very surprising. I will return it and want to know if you can send me a shoe in return that has the right darker brown shade to it.

I have been a long time Allen Edmonds fanhave may different pairs of shoes and have always been happy with them and how they fit. I bought these expecting the same. I was disappointed when i found out that they are too narrow, even though I ordered my usual size.hurts my feet after wearing the for 10 min. The look great but not usable.
