I normally wear a medium.I wanted form fit and the small is perfect.The fabric has good weight and is very comfortable.Totally happy with purchase.

Like LL Bean's sweatshirts, this shirt is well made of high-quality fabric. I am of the size that often falls between medium and large and rely on shrinking to fit a large size down a little. These shirts don't seem to shrink much if at all, I may try a medium on a future order.

I own LLBean Carefree men's long sleeve t-shirts in every color. They are ultra soft against my skin, wash up beautifully with NO wrinkles, and the sleeves are long enough to reach my wrists either rolled or unrolled. They look great with a collared shirts under them during the day, and they are wonderfully comfy and warm to partner with Scotch plaid sleep pants for nighttime use.

When I hike in the Colorado sun I need to protect my arms with more than sunscreen, and this shirt is exactly what I need. It also looks good on me.

I love these shirts. Not much better to wear on a fall or winter day. I have recommended them in a review before, and just keep buying them.

Bought 2 of these shirts and love them. They fit Perfectly, are very comfortable. The fabric is easy care and looks great no matter how hard you treat it. Be nice if big guys could get ALL the colors you show instead of take it or leave it couple you pick.

I usually order Regular Extra Large but always felt that there was too much room in the body of the shirt and I would prefer a little longer in the arms so I ordered one Tall Large shirt and was pleasantly surprised. It fit so well and was much more comfortable than the Regular Extra Large. Found my new L.L.Bean size. Thanks!! Great shirt, wonderful fabric quality and, as I said before, the size is perfect.

WANT MORE GREAT FIT

I have been wearing these T-Shirts for about 12 years. They last forever, but the color does fade out over two years of so of at least weekly wear and wash. I buy four at a time and relegate my old stock to pajama shirts. Generally get 4-6 years out of them before sending to Good Will for someone else to enjoy. Well worth the cost. The quality, fit and softness are consistent. Great product.

I bought 2 and they are great - keep their shape - don't fade - don't shrink & don't get stretched out over time. I will buy more for sure.

Versatile, comfortable, true to size and goes with anything casual. Great base-layer under Bean flannel or waffle shirts and pairs great with chinos. My favorite go-to t-shirt, have them in long and short-sleeve. I now keep it simple and only buy these from Bean. Worth it, durable, can't go wrong. Also great as PJ's most of the year. If of athletic build, will look great. Length is perfect for a tuck, though a little long (subjective) if worn over the pants.

The best thing is that they don't shrink.

I have over 5 of these with different color, very comfortable, it also last for several years.

For a long sleeve tee shirt, you can't want much more. It's called "traditional fit" which is slightly larger than I expected, but it's not a problem

I have 1 of these in about 6 colors. A must have for me.

Think I need to start ordering Large in the future. XL was fine when I weighed 223 lbs. But with my weight loss, I think Large is the size I should be ordering now (since these shirts don't shrink at all)!

Great for the cool San Diego winters where jacket not needed but addition of LLBean vest does the trick.

Is there anything better than a long sleeved t-shirt?? And these are really comfy and wash up nice as well. I've bought three of them in the last year. Left one in a Rome Italy Airbnb and I could kick myself. I miss it.

This shirt fits my husband perfectly. You may not want this for general knowledge, But, the fact is, he wears a urostomy bag due to bladder cancer and it's very hard to find shirts thar cover and hide the bag.

I have been buying clothe from LL for 40+ years. The size of my upper arm, like so many women's, have changed from a 14 to a 17 inches. I have been asking for years to include sizes that fits a woman with larger upper arm sizes. The same is for pants which only run up to size 20 and should include at least a size 22+. Thus, I have to return may purchases. Matthe

I love these T shirts! They wear like iron! Tolerates frequent washing, stains release somewhat easily. Colors stay true forever. Cuffs and neckline fabric does not wear out, even with frequent wearing. I had tried another well known brand, but came back to LL Bean because of the durability and quality of their fabric.

Nice quality, fits good and stands up to washings!
